I have ordered just once yet. But I totally love this shop. It is not just quite cheap but the products also have a very good and nice quality and I can find clothes which ones aren't in the shops in my country. I first ordered a few pairs of earrings, a choker and a cap. When these things were arrived I fell in love with them (and with Zaful) so I just chose some more things from the website which ones I want to order.
I made a purchase from Noracora, based on these reviews. Unfortunately, I found that the items did not match the colors or designs pictured or their website description. Now I face an extraordinary return cost or lost of the overall purchase. Very disappointed. I will not be buying from Noracora again.

I didn't have a problem with Zaful until today. I tried to pay for my order at checkout with my debit card, which I made sure five times that it was all the correct info, and it also has way more than enough funds. I kept getting an error message saying the payment method is not accepted. I message customer service (as seen below) and get this response
They steal your money and don't deliver. Customer service is terrible and they don't ever get back to you with more than a script

BE AWARE of this store.
I order 10 swim suit and I only received one, I contacted customer service and they said the they did send it, to check with my mail carrier. I contacted the mail carrier and my items were destroy. I contacted ZAFUL through e-mail and they told me the they apologize but they cant do anything. I have put a complaint with the payment card and is under investigation. Be care full when ordering from this store. They don't care about resolving customer issues.

I paid my order, my bank app accepted the payment, but not Zaful. As the status was "waiting for payment", I paid a second time. They accepted both payment. I am waiting for their refund since February 28th, as you have to wait between 14 and 30 business days to get your money back...
And as if it wasn't a bad experience enough, I received on March 6th an e-mail saying that my order has been shipped and was on its way - I can even track it. Today (March 25th), I received a second e-mail telling me my order has been shipped - I can track it as well. When I contact them, they tell me the shipping date is March 18th... Can't tell what's true and what's not. Sending tickets really DO NOT help.
HIGHLY DISCOURAGE BUYING THERE

I was overcharged more than 80$ On my credit card then what the final price was on my order on both the app and in my final confirmation email, I was then told I owe 2 payments of 40$ for customs because THEY sent 2 separate packages even though it was all on the same order placed. When I reached out to address my complaints I received no help but just some lady named Dora staying she hopes I'll be more patient waiting on my packages and that they'll give me 10% off of my next order (which I will never be ordering or recommending anyone else do) and so that offer is useless and not addressing the complaints I have stated over and over about them scamming me out of my money!. I would like a refund on the money I was NEVER shown I would be charged and not be charged the 2 "customs" payments when it was all one order. SUCH a scam! Do not trust Zaful, they're awful to deal with and will scam you out of money. I have pictures of all transactions to back this up!

2 items I purchased from their website never arrived. They claim customs destroyed package but have no documentation to back this up. USPS showed that package was sent to wrong address and had no return instructions (extremely unprofessional), package was sent to mail recovery center and that's the last I heard of it. Zaful gave me no refund or solution. I urge everyone purchasing anything from them to think twice and read available reviews which should prove they are more of a scam than a legitimate clothing website.

I ordered from them once last year and the clothing was so bad I had to send it back. So I got an email from them saying that if I go and make a review on other websites saying that zaful is a good store they will give me $5.
So not only are their clothes made by underpaid workers (also often children), they are also buying good reviews. So definitely wouldn't trust all the reviews on this page or others..

I have ordered from here twice. Each time it has taken me contacting to get merchandise. Please beware. This tracking provided is useless I was offered a 30% for merchandise shipped October 20th (on 12/5) so I will need to contact my bank. While I understand there are issues. I still should be able to track merchandise. It is not worth the trouble.
Sizes are super small, poor quality, return policy is terrible, e-mail after email, then you have to go to post office find cost of return and let them know for price acceptance, so much time spend, will NOT recomend to any one

I ordered three hoodies from Zaful and I had to wait for 2.5 months for them to arrive. When I opened the package, only two of them were there... and don't get me started on the quality, which was absolutely RUBBISH. When I tried the hoodies on, the insides of the fabric was scratching against my back in a very unpleasant way. The hoodies were also untrue to their size (the website painted a wrong image of the hoodie length and width)...
So in conclusion: DO NOT ORDER FROM ZAFUL - The quality is bad, the website is misleading with the pictures of their clothes, and you have to wait for an eternity for a package that is missing certain products you ordered.
They are a RIP-OFF and a scam, and it's just not worth it.
They took my money and gave me 2/3 hoodies I ordered like it was nothing. Does that sound like a place you'd wanna shop at?

Honestly the worst experience I have ever had with a company in my life. Most slow trash site I've ever used. They take months to give you your stuff, any inquire about it, just gets a further and further date! They also had the audacity to report this very review to say it wasn't truthful. They temporarily took my review down, until I provided the proof in full!
What I left out of my original review, because I wanted to be more kind, was that they originally only sent a couple items I ordered, then the rest months and months later. Then when the final package came, 3-4 months later it was missing an item. When I reported the one missing item they wanted proof that the package had been tampered with. I told them nothing is wrong with the package, you just didn't put the item in! Then I realized I actually had an email from them saying this item was out of stock. So my question is this why didn't you the day you knew you were out of stock, and could not send my item issue me a refund immediately? Once they made me show proof of this, Then they told me they were refunding me in their coins, a credit! Hahaha I said not a chance I would never order from your site again. What wait another 3-4 month? Think I'm an idiot? Hahaha Can you imagine waiting that long for something after the original length was like 10-14 days wait. Then they want proof at item wasn't in the the box. What kinda of business is this. I still have not received my 16.99usd refund. Don't you think after waiting months for your stuff they should give you something to say sorry. At least a refund for the items months later!
And to top it off if you look below they mention express shipping, up after I didn't get my shipment why did you take it upon yourselves to send it that way? Maybe after month two. Trash trash trash

Every time I ordered from Zaful I had an issue. Whenever I need to return or exchange something it is the hardest most complicated process for no reason. I spoke with customer service on the phone today about this issue, since the online support team are not helping me what so ever online. They just copy and paste the same response and do not even try to work with you. The lady I spoke with on the phone HUNG UP ON ME while I was speaking with her because she got frustrated with me and was just as unhelpful. This is the WORST service I have ever seen from a company. This company is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with in my life. I will never buy from Zaful again and I will make sure I tell everyone I know to never order from here and waste their time and money. My daughter ordered a bikini on the 4th of March, she was expecting to receive the order by the 18th at the latest. As the bikini did not arrive, I telephoned and was told she got it wrong as their website clearly states that processing and delivery can take OVER 2 weeks. I was assured the order would arrive by today the 21st of March at 8 pm. As the order has still not arrived, I called the contact centre at 8.30 pm and I was told there has been a delay and it will take another 24 - 48 hrs not including the weekend, so I should have my order by the 25th of March, exactly 3 weeks since the order. As I paid $5.99 for a bikini costing $15, I expected a better service. I will not be placing a second order with this company

The waiting time was insane. Approximatly 1 month since I ordered it. Then when the product arrived (it was a hoodie) it didn' t look like I imagined. The quality was so bad I could do a better hoodie. I hope this message will prevent having more victims.

There was and still is no reference on the website that we import goods from China when we make an order.
We had to pay to Worldpay (UK) Li LONDON in Europe, but now we have to pay high import taxes from China?!
First part of an order arrived at our local post office in Belgium for a value of 38,03 but we have to pay extra 35,13 for import taxes?!
This is very misleading and has never been mentioned on the website.
We have made several orders via other Chinese sites, but never had to pay such high import taxes!
This is cheating the customers
We can not agree with this kind of selling methods.
