There was and still is no reference on the website that we import goods from China when we make an order.
We had to pay to Worldpay (UK) Li LONDON in Europe, but now we have to pay high import taxes from China?!
First part of an order arrived at our local post office in Belgium for a value of 38,03 but we have to pay extra 35,13 for import taxes?!
This is very misleading and has never been mentioned on the website.
We have made several orders via other Chinese sites, but never had to pay such high import taxes!
This is cheating the customers
We can not agree with this kind of selling methods.
Your quote: "To become the leading online fast fashion brand and empower everyone's dream" will never happen when you rip off the customers the double of the purchase price.
We want to be repayed for the high import taxes.
