I am really hoping that the reviews are not what they seem, but I am beginning to be concerned. I have been trying to return defective products and I have had no luck via Chat or with emails as the verification code doesn't work - no matter how many times I refresh! I also called the support center and spoke to someone who clearly didn't understand me as I told her the verification code isn't working and she proceeds to tell me to email through Support Center - again I said you need a verification code just to email! She hung up :( PLEASE HELP! I hav spent almost $200!

SCUM "COMPANY"

SCAM SCAM SCUM! This is the worst place I have ever shopped with. According to their tracking link, my dress was sent out on the 14th of September and it is the 20th of October and I have received nothing! I paid for 5-7 days delivery and I am now at 6 weeks and still waiting! I tried contacting them but the email that pops up is my own user name - so dodgy... MASSIVE SCAM!
Doesn't even deserve 1 star but has to be done - yuck

YES IT IS PRICED DECENTLY
BUT THEM ITEMS ARE RECEIVED LOOK NOTHING LIKE WHAT WAS PICTURED
AND THEY ARE DEFECTIVE. MATERIALS ARE COSTUME LIKE.
CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS. I RECEIVED A DRESS THAT HAS TWO DIFFERENT STRAPS AND NOT LIKE PICTURED. THEY ARE ALSO DIFFERENT LENGTHS. IT CANNOT EVEN BE WORN. I HAVE EMAILED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PLACED OVER 20 TICKETS REGARDING THIS AND ASKING FOR A REPLACEMENT OR A REFUND. I WAS OFFERED A $1.50 CREDIT. WHAT. THE. HELL!

Ordered 4 items on August 14th and 3 items arrived. They were all awful. Gave them to charity shop. Waited for the other item. It never arrived. Emailed them loads of times to find out where it was. They kept sending automated email which basically fobbed me off everytime. When it got to 50! Days after ordering they still wanted me to wait another 3 weeks. I have had a refund today after 66 days. What as absolute con. NEVER NEVER buy from this site. Quality is very poor and that's IF it arrives.

Ok, so I was ready to get cheap garments as the prices are cheap, but having to wait 6 weeks and then receive an item that was of a different fabric and faulty I really was not impressed with. Their solution was giving it to another person or selling it to someone else or for me to pay to send it back to them in which case I am still out of pocket for a garment that is faulty which I hardly think is my fault.
Deleted my account and will not be purchasing from them again.

Unlike a lot of you, I actually got "PART" of my order, maybe because i paid with paypal and they know if I dont get my stuff I can get my money back. But the part of my order i did receive is NOT anything like what I actually ordered. I am a size 12. So I made sure to order things a size larger, just in case the clothes run small. The pants i bought in a size large, wouldnt fit my 10 year old niece, who is a tiny little thing. The dress I received was 3 sizes smaller than a large. These werent even close to being a large. Maybe large for a 5 year old. DO NOT order from this company...

UU*******562**** that's my order number, it never arrived, I keep asking for a refund and all I get are questions in response, the company is just a scam, I keep requesting a refund, they just keep fobbing me off with questions, disgusting. I don't believe any of the positive reviews, they are probably ZAFUL workers posting them.

Now monthsssssss later they ask for my order number, $#*! head read my email again!

WORST WEBSITE

I placed an order and waited over a month for them to tell me the item was not going to come in. I cancelled that order and 21 days after the cancellation I am STILL waiting for my refund. I am writing on this website because their website will not let me submit and ticket to get in touch with them. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I had decided to give them another chance and I received an item. THE MATERIAL IS SO BAD IT LOOKS LIKE A HALLOWEEN COSTUME. Then they said for my refund I have to pay to ship the item back? ARE YOU KIDDING ME!? Why would I pay for shipping on an item that I bought by a deceitful representation from it. THEIR PICTURES ARE NOTHING LIKE THE CLOTHING. IT IS A SCAM DO NOT BUY HERE. I am calling my credit card company to have them start a dispute with this company because they will no refund me for both my orders. Disgusting

Scammers.

I purchased a number of items in July. It's October now and I still have not received my items. I have sent numerous emails and the company didn't reply to me. They just sent me a complaint ticket number that didn't even work when I put it into the website. I will be filing a fraud claim against this company to get my money back. I will also be letting the hundreds of women I know in beauty and fashion groups on social media to not buy from them. I'm disgusted that a company would just steal money from people.

HORRIBLE!

Had no idea this company was in china until i emailed inquiring about my purchase that i paid expedited shipping on. I needed it within the next 7 days and when checking out i was told 3-5 days the fastest at an extra cost. Needless to say after a few useless automated like responses i called DHL and got the truth. After tracking down a shady phone number with a denver colorado area code, i demanded to cancel my order & get my money back i was hung up on twice by 2 people, one a SUPERVISOR! Who sounded like they were working from a garage. They offered no solution just BS loopholes to dodge, scam and take more money. Dont give them your hard earned dollars, coming from china it wont be worth it. Doesnt matter how much you pay, your still paying for proper CUSTOMER SERVICE at the very least.

Do not buy from this company! They scam money out their buyers by not sending the items! And if dare to make a negative comment against them they block you.

They also steal stock photos from genuine companies such as Arnhem & Spell & The Gypsy Collective & pretend to sell their items.

I found the delivery quite quick, and the prices very cheap! Be mindful - you do get what you pay for, so it's not amazing quality, but for the price I was very happy. I am an Australian size 10-12 usually, but on Zaful I am a size Large, so be sure to check the size guides. Overall, the product that arrived looked just like the one in the picture.

You're complaining about a website that is selling bathers for 10 australian dollars. Why do expect the best quality and quickest shipping? I ordered clothes here monday and they are already in transit. Hopefully everything works out but if it doesn't I can rest easy knowing I purchased 3 things for $25.00 so its no big loss.
