I have had a terrible experience with Zaful. I ordered goods 3 months ago and have been chasing them ever since for the order. Now they are ignoring my emails (tickets) and claiming that I need to order something else and won't refund the money. I have taken it up with PayPal hoping they can help! I don't think I will ever see my money refunded to me... I will never use this company again.
I received a dress I ordered finally, and could not be more shocked at the quality of it. The dress looks NOTHING like the picture. It was shown as beaded on the midsection and around the neck and when it arrived it was actually very cheap printed material. The fabric of the dress is so thin you can see through the dress when you hold it up! It is really unbelievable that they would even send this out. I have no luck getting a hold of anyone, the link for writing a review conveniently doesn't work, and either does the link to the picture of the dress I purchased. I was going to use it to put up the comparison of the dress I received and the dress I thought i was purchasing. This company is a rip off!

They took my money the day after order was placed, sent a shipment email the next day with a fake confirmation number (which cost $2 extra), do not have a customer service number and they don't reply to emails. Needless to say I did not read the reviews. I would never order something from a company that doesn't even have a phone number, but I was blinded by the good deals!

I ordered a dress September 3rd 2015 and it has never arrived... every time I message them they give me a date further in the future for its arrival, they are thieves uncaring and do not deserve to be in business... I do not know how businesses like this one are allowed to stay online and rip people off... If there was a place to write or go to to put an end to this business and their practices I would certainly do it... stay away from this company...

I ordered items in October paid via paypal and the money was refunded. I again made another order on the 15th October and the same thing happened with paypal the money refunded. I then sent the money via western union on the 17th October was given a receiver who never went to collect the money and was given another name which I changed. This morning 18th November I went to collect my money from western union. When you go on live chat the cut your call without answering the questions. Their website looks promising but I think they are untrustworthy. People should really be careful ordering from this company.

Beware one dress was awful and not to size and the other did not arrive its been a few months now. I have tried to contact them through the live chat they wont respond. You will be wasting your money.
I ordered 2 dresses because I thought they were stock from another designer Free People which were drastically reduced. Zaful had used the picture of the model in the dress as their promo shot. I did not realize they copy the designs. The Material is really awful quality cheap cheap polester. They took about 3.5 weeks to arrive. I did choose the free shipping option. The only fortunate part was I only spent $50. I will not order from them again.

I ordered two dresses in September and I'm still waiting for them to arrive... It's November! The response I got originally when I filed my concern, was that they would follow up with me within 24 hours. It was almost four days later when I finally got a response. And I actually had to file a second complaint in order to get a response for the first one I had filed. I have repeatedly asked how I file a formal complaint, or if I could have the supervisors information to express my concerns and they refuse to answer me despite my repeated attempts to obtain that information. Awful customer service I would never buy from them again.

I am enjoying shopping on Zaful. I especially like the trendy designs that are flattering for young, old and different body shapes and sizes, and, of course the low, low prices. My first mistake was I did not ready any reviews, nor did I know my order would be coming from China. I took the risk because the dress I ordered was only $15. It finally arrived yesterday, after about 8 weeks. The packing was so tiny and the dress was wadded up inside. I took it out and my first thought was they sent me the kid's version because I ordered an XL and it was about 2 sizes smaller, more like an American medium. And the quality was hilarious. It looks like a really cheap Halloween costume. Nothing like the picture they advertised. I won't try to send it back, will hopefully get $5 for it at a garage sale next summer. I don't know how this company is allowed to operate in the USA, it should be a crime to do what they are doing because it is a scam. Do not waste your money like I did.

I was asked to write a good review of Zaful to get points to make purchases cheaper. In all honesty, what you see is not what you get. The dresses in the picture are stolen from real brands and then replicated. If you are willing to take a chance that the dress is nothing like you see then order it. But always check PICTURE reviews. Many people writing good reviews have been asked to do so. I don't recommend this site.
Usually, I don't review a company online before ordering. I love online shopping amd habe pretty good eyes about what looks good on my figure. I came across this site, and love the dresses on the models, I even saw clothes from my fav online store Lulus on there. I ordered two items, was attempted to order more, but something told me to slow down and try this two out first.
Within two weeks, I got my order. Absolute crap. Crap that did not look like the trendy clothes I saw on their website. It was poorly made. Such a scam! Do you need money that bad, to treat people this way? Never would I be tricked into tbis again. I hope the 30ish dollars was worth your time, because you won't be getting it from me again. Stop using other sites models for yours. Design ypur own crap. Don't try to remake other desogners work and you can even surpass theirs. It's a shame. I will be throwing these clothes kn the garbage where they belong. They reall dont even deserve 1 as a rating, but theres no 0.

I´ve recently bougth in this online fashion page, and I was very surprised it was simple, fast and valuable experience! The dress I bought was amazing, good quality and exactly as the description of the item. I recommend shopping experience in Zaful! :)
Where do I even start, I have orderd since AUGUAST it is now November and I still haven't received my items. I contacted them about a month ago and asked weather my items are going to arrive or not and they said it should arrive soon and when I asked for a refund they said they would refund me one of the items and the other is on it's way. I am yet to receive the items or the refund.
I have not ordered more cheaply made clothing in my life (the pictures online look nothing like that in reality) AND the sizings are all off and for very petite Chinese women. I am petite but the stuff still didn't fit me. To make matters WORSE. They FORCE YOU TO TAKE PICTURES OF YOURSELF IN THEIR OUTFITS IN ORDER TO MAKE A RETURN. That is their policy. Then they have limited days to return. So if you don't have a camera handy you end up stuck with a bunch of crap clothing. That is exactly what happened to me. RUN FOR THE HILLS DON'T GO NEAR THIS COMPANY OR THEIR PRODUCTS.

The clothes are of a similar standard of finish as found elsewhere - I am satisfied. Quirky styles which fit well. Customer after sale service is excellent. It is not a bother to follow their instructions for a replacement.
All of the dresses were way too short. I'm 5'10'' and nothing fit me. I even gave the dresses to my two friends to try on who are 5'1'' and 5'3'' and they were all too short on them. Stuck with the dresses now! The only way they allow returns is if there is a defect with the item, and even then you have to pay for shipping to return something that is their fault. Very poor service and I highly do not recommend ever purchasing from them.
