I ordered 6 dresses from them and received only four. I saw that 2 of my dresses were "sold out" on the website. So I wrote to them and asked them when I would receive them. No one responded to me. I wrote to them again and asked the same question. Again no response. I wrote to them again and now its not letting me send a complaint! How convenient! They charged me for 6 dresses, and I got 4. I spent $90.14 and $40 of if were for those 2 dresses that I really wanted! I will never get them. I will never get a refund. NOTHING. They ignore me and robbed me. And by the way. The 4 dresses that came in. Not one of them fit! They're made for tiny $#*! asian chicks. A large to them is like a small medium to us. I had to try and sell the dresses to people online to try and get some money back! They wont accept exchanges for wrong sizing. And to be honest. The floral maxi dress that came looked WAY different than the picture! The pattern on the picture was beautful. The one that came to my house looked so fuzzy and much wider flowers. Like stretched out looking. It was awful! I will NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVERRRRR order from these thieves again! I wish there was a way to sue them! Im so PISSED. I have never had worse customer service in my life!

I have ordered three dresses from Zaful.com. Customer service is very prompt in emailing me to answer any questions. They even notified me of my mailing address when I wrote it incorrectly. Each of my dresses have been well made. I am also pleased with the great bargains they provide.

- Prices are exactly what the items are worth.
- Ordering clothes on-line is always a gamble with sizing.
- I have received compliments from young girls on the beautiful skirts.

- If you are handy with a sewing machine you can have a lovely wardrobe working with zaful. The clothing is very original.
- I needed to hem up or take-in 2 of my items and now I love them.
- My order came with one item missing. I contacted zaful and within one day they responded that the missing item was out of stock and that I could make an even exchange. I did this. The exchanged item came within 2 weeks.
- Zaful has also let me know that the item that was out of stock is now in-stock. I am looking forward to purchasing it.
- The items come very tightly packaged. You will need to iron them before you wear them.
- Most of the material is very thin. It works very well with layering however or if you wear a slip.
- The free shipping did not take long. I received my items within 2 weeks.
- All it takes is a little time and handiwork and altering and the clothes are very nice and quite original. For the price I do not mind at all taking the time to iron and alter the clothes. They are much prettier than anything you would buy at Walmart, Target or Kohl's.
- Have patience if you wish to use this site and take some time to alter the clothes. It's a fun hobby anyway.

I'm from Spain. I ordered two items. I didn't receive them and Zaful returned my money back. Finally I got the items (three months later) and I left a message to Zaful, but they answered me very kindle saying that they are not charging the items again.
The bikini was okey but the dress was too small to me.
Zaful.com is a fake web site! Never use it. These guys are scammers!

I purchased a dress on sale - the original price not cheap. When it finally arrived - the fabric was cheap and nasty with a chemical smell, the dress at least 2 sizes smaller then what it was supposed to be, the cut just bizarre - their clothes are cheap and very very nasty rip offs of what is in the photo. I wrote a review - the site told me I was the first to review the dress - the next day there were a bunch of 5 out of 5 reviews all dated before mine, all making claims in opposition to mine - pretty fabric, perfect fit, beautiful dress - ALL OBVIOUSLY MADE UP BY ZAFUL - APPALLING!

First of all, we ordered the beginning of Sept and still haven't received our order. Know that you are ordering from China and do not order flat shipping rate or you will get the run-around. I had no idea when we ordered two dresses on Sept 3 that we'd have this type of costumer service.
We were promised on the website delivery within 28 days. After a month, I started writing to request a refund. They asked that we "be patient" I've asked three times for a refund, and every time they've said to be patient, that instead of 28 days to get the order, we should now wait two months. After the two months, I've asked for a refund for a third time... here's the response:

I ordered 2 items one was acceptable and the right size for the price the coat however is 10 ins smaller than stated on the sitwe and they demand photos for which i do not have the facilities and will not give me a return address, seem unable to comprihend the label and size do not match ie size says xxl which should be a 44ins bust but measures at 35ins! They cannot undeerstand that all i wanted was a coat that fits. They will not give me a return address and are demanding i pay all shipping and are not guarateeing a refund. I ordered many items over 3 months ago now and paid online
I received tracking links on my account but the links always stated 'No details available"
Then when I raised a ticket to find out where my goods are they inform me that I have given them an incorrect address. I DID NOT give them an incorrect address.
Then they inform me that my goods have been sent to a holding 'warehouse' that I can collect my goods from BUT they don't give me the warehouse address. I raise more and more tickets requesting the warehouse address but they refuse to tell me instead saying that the warehouse will email me. I never received an email from the 'warehouse'. ZAFUL then CLOSE the tickets I have raised with them. I demand my money back and I don't hear from them. Is this company a scam? Its only now that I am starting to read other peoples nightmares of dealing with ZAFUL. If I had seen these first I would have never purchased anything from ZAFUL

Worst company. Dresses misrepresented in style and size. It took 3 months to arrive and was a complete disappointment.
