I got a good service but it took me some time to contact them and this is an issue they must fix.

I ordered a shirt from zaful thinking oh it's a good price it's fine I don't mind waiting, so I selected the free shipping even though it automatically chose the most expensive shipping which is same price as the item itself! Needless to say I chose the free one. Okay so no problem. Next they offer some points which translates to 2 dollars off. Okay even better. So far so good. Finish payment. Done and done.
Why did I get an email two days later saying the item has been shipped and low and behold they charged me the most expensive shipping AND they never applied the discount they so "graciously offered". So of course I email them right away, spoke with someone on their chat room, they apologized but never offered to refund the shipping which promised 5-7 days and it has been already a week, and no zaful package in sight. As I'm sure the item will be deievered in 2 weeks the same time the free shipping offers. 4 letters... SCAM don't buy from their website it malfunctions and overcharges you and the company does nothing.
Zaful who? Za-ful-o-sh#*!
Update: after Zaful saw my review above they contacted me via messaging system and noted on here as well, making it seem like they were going to do something to address the malfunction in their mobile site, but I was wrong to think things were going to be righted - all they did was say how I chose the expensive shipping and reiterate how they can't see that there's something wrong with the site. I believe there's a language barrier in that they do not understand what the word malfunction means. Either way don't bother with the site, because, as suspected, even with super-expensive shipping, the item still hasn't arrived 10 days later. This wouldn't have mattered if I paid zero for shipping but as of now the rip-off is that they charged me expensive shipping but it made no difference in how fast the item got to me. Zaful-o-$#*! is correct.
I ordered a dress on 9/15/15. Just received today 2/22/16. That is over five months. The item ordered is definitely not L (probably M) and is not what I imagined it based on the picture. So this will go to charity as I will not deal with returns. It took me multiple texting conversations to arrange this shipment. The customer service on Facebook (the best way to reach them) is responding timely but they can either resend an item (after 8 weeks past order date, I believe, so if you have a time sensitive order then don't count on this) or give store credit. They can not refund. When the item did not arrive by late December based on all possible deadlines, I asked to resend it. Turns out the item is no longer available and they can only give store credit. Now, I do find the same item online and it states it would be shipped within 3 days, which means somebody will order it today and will be informed that it was shipped three days later. I contact them again and say yes you have it, please ship. So they say they are expecting it within two weeks (i. E. item is not completely unavailable as was stated by customer service earlier) and can ship to me then. Then some time in January they texted me that I had to follow up with them some time in the future to request the shipment (i. E. they don't have a system to track who is owed a replacement and the customer must keep texting them to find out what is going on :)) . Just excellent :). I do not recommend buying and I believe this company should be shut down in the US. Another interesting thing is the shipper's address on the package that has arrived: Germany, Postfach 2732/ ******* Niederaula.
Another thing to note is their customer reviews for items for sale on their website. I have never seen such uniform and consistently short comments. Most of them look totally fake to me.

I love Zaful. The quality of clothes is amazing, shipping was really fast and I love how they treat coustomers. I recommend this shop online!
After at first being very hesitant purchasing from their website, I placed my order which did arrive to the UK quicker then expected. Once receiving my package I noticed one item was missing and so after messaging the customer services team found out this was because 'the item went out of stock after I purchased it' I was not notified of this but I waited as I was told it would be sent out as soon as it comes back In to stock.
A few days letter I finally received all of my items.
The first bikini was a little big but nothing I can't deal with ( I chose all the sizes by measuring myself and matching my measurements to my size stated on the website).
The next bikini stated it was a size Large however when trying it on I wondered if I had been sent a small by mistake as it was to small to even cover a breast. - very disappointed as all the reviews of this were pretty good.
The last bikini I had to wait to arrive separately, I checked the sewn in labels before trying and I had been sent a size Medium bottoms and a large top.
I then messaged the customer services team to let them know what had happened and It was as though I was speaking to robot. Just kept being sent an email address (which I had already emailed and heard nothing from).
After finally hearing back from the email, again the same thing happened, as though I was talking to a robot. I just kept being told the same thing over and over. I kept explaining I need the items for my holiday what exactly the problem is, they would keep replying with - keep the item, and we can offer a refund but there is nuthing they can do about the other bikini as it is the size I ordered ( yes I ordered a large but there is no way this item it a size Large).
All I would have liked for them to do is to send me my correct size and I would be happy to return the incorrect sized item and to check that the other bikini hadn't had the wrong labels sewn in and there is no way it was the measurements which I carefully followed on their website.
After this experience I would like to send all of my items back and will not be purchasing from them again.

I am very disappointed, I have ordered from Zaful before and have received beautiful swimsuits but with very long shipping times. Knowing this, I ordered three swimsuits for a trip I have to leave for July 1st at the very beginning of June, knowing Id have a full month in case the shopping took longer as it did last time. A couple days afteri placed my order I went to check the tracking info and it said only two of the swimsuits I ordered were sent and there was no information for the other swimsuit. Next day I went on again and all the information about the two swimsuits that had first shipped had been erased and everything was blank. Almost two weeks after I go on today to check and the information is back on for the two swimsuits and the other still hasnt shipped, and the tracking information is the same as it was two weeks ago. I was expecting some shipping delays but it is very dissapointjing that it has been two weeks and I havent even received proper tracking information when I trusted them to provide me with the swimsuits for my trip on July 1st, and I need them to make content for my Instagram account which is my job (@sofia_delfino). If I wouldve known this I wouldve bought my swimsuits from a more reliable site for this is not only for pleasure but I really need them for my job.

I am so so happy to have purchased from zaful, at first I had heard a lot of negative reviews regarding customer client and quality, but I must say that my experience was absolutely positive. First of all customer client is very kind and helpful, since there is a big gap in time difference -depending in which part of the world you are- you may have to wait 12 hours for a reply but they have always helped me out so kindly and thoroughly! Second, quality. I bought several bikinis and I love everyone or them. The bikinis feel so expensive and luxurious even if they are really cheap. Of course they aren't all the same. You can find different kind of materials and wears! I have to say that all the ones I bought were really original which is so refreshing! I find the design to be so fashionable and suitable for different types of physiques! Shipping didn't take longer than two weeks which surprised me, as I was expecting the timing to be one month or so. I also requested that my items were sent all in one package and customer service told me that one of the bikinis I had ordered wasn't available for shipping the following day with the other bikinis so they offered me a wide range of options to chose. I also didn't have to pay customs but this is out of Zaful's control, yet I felt very lucky! Thanks Zaful for being a valid site to order through, I would definitely repurchase.
