I'll admit I read lots of reviews about Zaful before making my purchase but I was too stubborn and ignored the countless red flags. Don't be fooled by their low pricing... their clothing is horrible quality. One of the dresses I ordered had such poor stitching that I'm sure the person who made it only learned to sew that day. There were so many obvious mistakes in the stitching and strings coming out everywhere and not to mention the fabric itself is horrible, stiff and scratchy. Of the 3 bathing suits I ordered, none fit properly. I got all mediums and one of the sets was way too small while another was way too big (basically a large) and one had too small bottoms but too large top... And I can't forget to tell you about the shipping charge you'll receive. I live in Canada and I got charged $38 on top of my order of about $113.29. ALSO not all my items were shipped together... I'm still waiting for 4 things (which I will also probably be charged around $38 for as well!) I would not recommend this site to anyone I care about.
I ordered 4 Swimsuits on June 10th and still have yet to receive them. They keep on telling me it takes up to 25 Days to receive it. Well it has been over that amount of time and now they are telling me it may take up to 2 Months? No one ever told me that, I am very disappointed as summer will be over then. They are offering no compensation whatsoever or solution. Just indicate " We cant do anything now that its shipped out"... - Frustrated.

I'm disappointed on the shipping and how long it's taking for my order to arrive. I wanted to wear this swimsuit for vacation and I leave in a week. I really do hope my order comes in time or I will be so upset
I purchased a 4 item shopping bag order of $66 USD total. The next thing I know is that my credit card's got a charge of $130 USD. I tried to confirm what has been purchased for that charge, and two items that I had deleted where added, and other two items I haven't even selected been from different sizes besides the ones I had selected. So that's a total of 8 items, four of them weren't even visable at the checkout.

Zaful has really cute clothes and jewelry on their site - especially swimwear! I received my order about 2 weeks after ordering - so the wait wasn't too bad. The quality of the clothes was really good - everything matched the pictures on the site and was very affordable. Will be placing another order here soon.
I ordered a swimsuit from Zaful, and ordered one size up. I had no problems with the product itself, and loved it. The shipping took about 2 weeks, and I got everything I ordered with no hassle. I would definitely order from Zaful again!
Ordered 4 swimsuits from Zaful on 06/16 and 3 out of 4 items shipped out within the next day. 3 items arrived here in the U.S. after 2 weeks with regular shipping. I'm so in love with my swim suits! I'm 5'0 & 100 lbs - fit was true to size and the quality was good considering the cheap price (not the absolute best, but pretty good). Sizing can be different for each item so pay attention to the size guides and acknowledge that china's sizing is smaller than the US's. Also acknowledge each item's dispatch shipping days.
After waiting a week to receive tracking order for my 4th item, I contacted Zaful via ticket to know the status of it. They responded in 1 business day and had it shipped the following day, given that it was a "hot item" waiting to be in stock. It's currently in transit, which I don't mind since I'm in no rush to get them.
***UPDATE of 07/18: I received my 4th item on 07/09. Item was just as pictured! However when I tried my swim suit top on, it felt a bit awkward (the cups look pointy rather than smooth/flat) so I don't think I'll be wearing it. The bottoms are great though. So overall, I'm satisfied with 7 out of 8 pieces (including both tops and bottoms).
ADVICE:
- Place an order through Paypal! If you do unfortunately end up having problems with Zaful, Paypal can help you get your money back.
- Order a size up if you're absolutely not sure what to get; Sizes in china do run small compared to the US
- Don't bother with calling them or sending an email - it's better to open a ticket through their website
- Remember that with international orders, packages do take a while (2-4 weeks) and sometimes longer if it goes through customs

Zaful website is not like the others! This is a truly reliable site! I place an order in November 2015 and I have really nothing to say. Product quality is superb as in retail stores and a low price and we found that the products on this site. I do not command much on this kind of site, but nothing to say. Even at sizes is niquel. I was really suprised and delighted when I found my product, it was a way bomber winter it is warm, beautiful, material leather, really happy for the price of only 37Euros. Customer service is extra if you have a problem they answered us in the following 24 hours. I advise you sincerely. It is a pleasure to see that there is still reliable sites our day.
I had heard of Zaful before from many youtubers and heard mostly good reviews so I decided I should give it a go and try some swimsuits. I was very happy with their selection and prices, quite amazed actually, but since it was from China I thought they were going to take forever to arrive. I made my order on June 13th and I ordered 3 pieces. For my surprise I got 2 of the items on june 24th which is less than 10 business days! Standard shipping is supposed to be between 10-18 business days, so I was really content with these items. However, the 3rd item only arrived the next week on the 30th, which i didn't mind at all since it's still pretty good considering many other websites' shipping times.
Overall, the quality of the swimsuits is amazing and you really can't beat the prices, they're really different from what you find in regular stores and I'm completely satisfied with their services!

So I was slightly sceptical at first when ordering from Zaful as sizing is something that always worries me, but when my items arrived they fit perfectly, true sizing to what was shown on the website. I ordered a bikini that was a slightly different colour to that displayed on the website but aside from this all items were exactly as pictured. I will definitely be recommending Zaful to family and friends. Great clothes at even better prices!
I am usually a little hesitant about ordering from oversees companies, but I read Zaful's return policy and decided to go for it. I ordered a few times from the site and when I got them I was super excited because everything looked like it did online and was great quality for the price. Unfortunately, two of the items didn't fit so I contacted Zaful's customer service about the return. They responded quickly and were extremely helpful. They resolved my problem without issue. I cannot wait to continue more from this site!
I ordered about $80 worth of product from the site. Mostly bikinis and immediately received order confirmation. The following day I received two emails that my order had shipped (2 different packages and with different tracking orders). Tracking them was the most difficult. Instructions were not clear and the websites were in Chinese. They also tracked through two different carriers and I had to track them through Am Line SF and Epost SU. For the first week tracking didn't work and they said the tracking numbers were not correct. I called the number on the website (sketchiest part- sometimes it would ring, sometimes it was NIS, and sometimes it would go to an automatic voicemail). It just didn't seem like a professional set up. I kept calling and eventually a man answered and I told him about my tracking issue. He said it's a common issue and I have to wait four more days and call again. I told him no and I want to speak to a supervisor or manager- he didn't have one. It was just him. I pretty much $#*!ed him out and told him it was fraud. I canceled my card immediately. Well... ended up getting a new tracking email and This time I could track it. Not easily since it is an overseas website and not in English. I had to translate the page. Once the packages got to the USA I could easily track them. One was delivered yesterday and the other is in Chicago. The package yesterday was my exact order. The bikini bottoms ran small but still fit.
I'll feel pretty bad for the attitude I gave the guy. Once I get both packages I'll call to apologize. Just remember you are ordering from overseas, the process is different and it takes longer than normal. I'm happy with my first package which arrived in the time frame they told me it would. I've also read reviews about people not getting their orders at all after 7 weeks so maybe I'm lucky? I'll tell ya it was NOT a good experience during the shipping/tracking but I got one package and can track the other... had no fraud on my card before I canceled it at least.
Hopefully you get your orders and have a better tracking experience. I hope the clarify tracking on their initial emails.
