I've placed two orders so far and the shipping was way faster than I expected! Some of the items turned out to not be my size but thanks to the amazing and friendly customer service the issue was resolved really fast. The quality on the products I've received so far are great too, especially considering the price!
I ordered two bathing suits on May 22, it is now June 27. My order shipped out on May 23 and has been 'in transit' ever since. I would not recommend this website to anyone, I mean I had my doubts because I looked at reviews first, but I decided to give it a shot. Never again.
UPDATE: Zaful contacted me and gave me a refund which was awesome. They also told me that if my package does come I don't need to give the money back. So although shipping takes a while, I do recommend Zaful because of prices and costumer service. :)
I ordered four bathing suits from zaful about two weeks ago and was very scared it wasn't going to come after looking at the reviews. It came today in perfect condition. All of the bathing suits run very small but other than that they are great! I would recommend this site!
Update: My problem was finally resolved. It took about 4 days for them to resolve it. They finally gave me a full refund and even wanted to add a gift. I am very satisfied now

I discovered ZAFUL because a friend recommended it to me. Before I bought anything, I searched online for reviews and read a lot of bad things, a lot of people saying that they never received anything. Besides that, I made an order anyway, because I wanted to try it myself. And I had a great experience! Yes, it did take a little longer to arrive, but it is being shipped from overseas. I already received 3 items and I'm waiting on the last one, that is being shipped. Based only on this experience, I'll order in ZAFUL again for sure.
This site is very well organized and you can find your style for a very affordable price. The customer service was really fast on helping me. My order only took a week which was excellent. The things that I ordered was true to size and color. I would definitely recommend you trying this site.
About a month ago, I ordered an off-white backpack from Zaful and it came in the most perfect condition! I would like to help other zaful shoppers feel more at ease with shopping decisions. I was skeptical about online shopping, but I gave zaful.com a chance because I loved their products and they have been courteous with talking to me about tracking my package, very helpful as well as well as the Z points and coupons, anytime you can save money that's helpful. My package arrived 1 1/2 weeks and I was amazed by the product. The glasses were made sturdy, the bathing suit was made from great material and the print/color was identical to the picture. You may want to order a size up but everything was to my standards and I am a picky shopper lol. I also ordered 2 more bikinis, a necklace and a purse and I will post more reviews and pictures as I get them. My experience with Zaful was great. I had a concern about my shipping at one point, and their staff handled it so well and were so kind to me my concern almost immediately went away. Loved the product I received, it was just like what I had imagined and such nice quality! Overall, this is definitely a site I'll be ordering from again. Cute stuff at great prices! I Orded a swimsuit and a pair of sunglasses, Which i received in 16 days(btw i live in TN). I was having some trouble with tracking my order so i submitted a ticket and they replied within a few hrs. They were very helpful with everything. Also my items were just like the pictures, maybe even a little better!
I don't get why so many people are so pressed on returning $30 worth of stuff all the time. I've ordered hundreds of dollars from other overseas companies and received literal garbage, but was content enough to understand the risk and the notion that, "you get what you paid for". Funny thing is, that's not even at all the case with Zaful! I've purchased countless itens from all different ranges tops, pants, skirts, dresses, coats, jackets, jewelry, and bags and they all come out beautiful, trendy, and very well made!
WORST WEBSITE EVER! Nobody order from this website! I ordered 3 bathing suits on May 15th and it is now June 24th... and still have not gotten my order. Its been over a month! I am so pissed, I really wish I did my research before hand, knowing that this would be a legit website to order from but I guess I was wrong. This definitely is a scam. The part that makes me so mad is that there isn't a legit phone number to call to report this. I want a refund so badly.

Zaful is my favorite place to shop online. They make it so easy. They having sizing charts to help know what size to get since their products can be a little different in the sizing. Sizing does run small though so order a size up from your original but that's just the way they size their products. I do recommend zaful for any girl who loves fashion and shopping. They have well made fashion at an affordable price. I ordered two swimsuits and it came exactly how I thought it would be.
I just placed an order and Im leaving for vacation July 5. I paid extra for express shipping but I'm just super worried the swimsuits won't come in on time. All reviews I read said the bathing suits were great quality for the price... Im just hoping they will be in on time since I paid extra and would have ordered from another site if I knew they wouldn't be in on time like everyone says...

I ordered 2 bathing suits on May 5th with the thought of getting them in 2-3 weeks, ok fine. The issue here is that I received one bathing in good time the other... wait for it... still isn't here almost 2 months later! Com'on man. So I entered a ticked stating this and got an isn't no reply "we've received your ticket" bullcrap message, FINE my issue isssssssss haven't heard a darn thing! Fastfwd 2 week into June 15 I put in another ticket and still i have heard nothing and its June 23! Like WTF I've called no answer not even a hold while we find the next available rep NOTHING!
