Did not keep my order # did not have a reason to keep it... company should have it on file anyway an for them to ask me for it will not resolve the situation... just will not deal with people who sell JUNK! AN SMELLY PRODUCTS!
I have ordered a dress from zaful which took over 3 weeks to arrive. Then it was the wrong size and had other colors than what was pictured in the photo. I've been arguing about sending in photos (which won't upload to their website) with their 'customer service' for 3 days now, when all I want is a refund. I am beginning to be VERY suspicious. Why can't they just let me return the item and and refund my money via paypal, instead of some Z wallet? Very suspicious.
Update- 2 months later: After arguing with customer service and leaving this review here, I finally was allowed to just return the dress and receive a refund. Shipping to China is not cheap, I paid close to $23. I was told on 2/26 that I would receive my refund as soon as the dress arrived and was processed. After 5 weeks had passed I contacted customer service again and told them that I trusted the dress was there by now, and I expected my refund immediately, or I would file a complaint with paypal. Well, that worked like a charm, because I finally did receive it today. So, overall - you have to be very careful about sizing when ordering from these people, and be pretty sure you'll keep what you order, as you have to be very persistent in order to get a refund, and return shipping is very expensive. I'm just glad that I finally did get (most of) my money back.
Firstly, Zaful's customer service is phenomenal! They will try to get back to you in a timely manner! With my first order, I was concerned as I was nearing a month since my purchase and my order had not arrived. After contacting the Zaful team and being reassured of my order, it had arrived!
Second, their clothes are amazing! I was quite shocked with the quality of their clothes. I did not expect to receive the quality that I did. The only thing I would be wary of is their sizing. It is nice as there are many reviews on pieces so be sure to check those out before purchasing!
Lastly, my only critique would be their site. It can become difficult to navigate as their drop-down menus are constantly dropping down on my screen. Likewise, be sure to double check the currency of your items! For some reason, the currency is constantly reverting back to the standard USD pricing. So, ensure you change the currency to an applicable currency before purchasing our item(s).
Keep in mind that I have only made one complete order with Zaful. I am awaiting my second order and I hope it is just as good as the first!
So normally I'm hesitant to buy things from online especially when it comes to bathing suits because I'm a bit bigger on my bottom than my top but I had always heard good things about Zaful so I said why not give it a try and I also read if I wasn't happy with my order they would be happy to fix whatever the issue was or I could just return for a refund which I loved to hear! So I gave it a shot because it was super affordable and I absolutely love my bathing suit it fit so perfect and looked just like the pictures I will definitely be shopping here more often!
This is the worst company I have ordered from. Although I enjoyed my initial purchases, all bathing suits, I wish I had not bought them simply because it is helping such an unprofessional, unhelpful company. I have talked with 3 customer service people already, none of them know where my package is "because it doesn't have a tracking number" since it is shipped differently. They still cannot answer how they ar a trustworthy company if they cannot inform me as to where my package is. They lied to me saying my package already arrived, giving me the wrong information, they told me a supervisor would email me (it as an automated message) and they continue to avoid answering my questions. They simply resend me my order information and the time it *may* take for me to receive my package.
For an update if anyone is curious: Zaful has given me a refund on my dress to make up for the frustration they caused. I am very thankful the problem is resolved. I added an extra star to service for their response to the issue.
It is now august and they offered me 20 dollars to delete this review or change it. Shows what kind of a company they are.

Honestly think this is a scam I was sent an email day after ordering that me item shipped it's been about 2 weeks and I havnt received any package nor does the "tracking number" actually show me where my package is and when I talked to coustmer service they were unresponsive I highly wouldn't recommend to anyone

I order a short sleeve button-down a month to the day I received it. They said they'd ship out my order within 7 days. I gave them an additional week until I contacted them. They sent me an e-mail with additional information on my order. The item I ordered was out of stock... BUT IT WAS IN STOCK WHEN I ORDERED IT. I figured they either weren't keeping track of their stock, their website wasn't up to date, or they decided to ship orders placed after mine.
They told me it'd take an additional 7-10 days (it took them 8) and I received my package 11 days after the e-mail correspondence. At that point, I didn't even want the shirt anymore but nonetheless I opened the package and went to try it on. The stitching is misaligned, parts of the shirt aren't even stitched and the parts that are - the threading is already coming undone. I'm very disappointed in both the product and service I received.

The only thing that Zaful has that is even remotely worth ordering is their bathing suites, if you have little money and 2-3 months to wait before needing your bathing suit then zaful is the right company for you.
My first order contained a number of clothing items, I had ordered from a similar site (romwe) before and figured zaful would be the same in quality. OH MY GOD was I wrong. Zaful's quality is so terrible, and most items didn't even match the photos on the website. Designs on t-shirts were different, materials were different, and sizing was so inconsistent. The only thing I did like was the bathing suit I ordered. Fast forward about 6 months and I decided to order two bathing suits from Zaful. I ordered my bathing suites a month in advance. The website said to allow 3-5 days to process my order before shipment, as soon as I purchased the order it changed to 3-10 days. I have now been waiting THREE WEEKS for my order to be shipped out, the website even says that it's ready to be dispatched. Customer service is also terrible and no help. Thanks to Zaful my bathing suits won't be arriving in time for my trip and I have a closet full of ugly clothes from China that I can't even pass off on to my friends.

When I first came across Zaful on Instagram (they had an ad running) I was so skeptical! The prices seemed way too good to be true. I asked amount my friends and only one person had used them. I decided to give them a try by ordering 2 items. When they came ( and the came quick) I was SHOOOKKKK! So since then I recommend my friends to get stuff from them and I keep shopping myself. Imagine being able to get 6-9 REALLY GOOD items for $100 IKR
I have not ordered more cheaply made clothing in my life (the pictures online look nothing like that in reality) AND the sizings are all off and for very petite Chinese women. I am petite but the stuff still didn't fit me. To make matters WORSE. They FORCE YOU TO TAKE PICTURES OF YOURSELF IN THEIR OUTFITS IN ORDER TO MAKE A RETURN. That is their policy. Then they have limited days to return. So if you don't have a camera handy you end up stuck with a bunch of crap clothing. That is exactly what happened to me.
