I ordered two bathing suits. The first one was a bikini. The material is soft and it is put together well. There are not any flaws to the bathing suit and it is just like the picture. The second bathing suit is a one piece and fits amazing. It is the softest bathing suit and isn't cheaply made, it's very cute and is just like the picture. It's my favorite. Zaful has good quality items and I will definitely be ordering more from them. For any incoviniences, they are willing to give "points" which gives you discounts. They really care and want you to have a great experience.

No contact possible to send back an horrendous piece of clothes. Ordered a dress (one-size) and I could use it as a tent. Size seems like XXXXXL and thats not a joke. I wanted to get my money back or send it back and get a refund but nobody is answering my emails or requests. SCAM and RIPOFF WEBSITE! DONT ORDER!

I honestly love this website. I ordered three things and each took 15 days or less to arrive. The quality of the products were good for what youre paying for. The only thing that I wouldnt rate 5 stars is their promptness of replying back. I've been meaning to return/ exchange a product of theirs, and its taken them a while to reply back. Still, it feels like they want to be able to satisfy my needs and make it less stressful than it should be ( the whole returning or exchanging process). Other than that, this site is great! They have great deals and random promotion which make it exciting to buy more things from them.

Ok, so I ordered 3 items from awful just to see if their products were really worth the price. I got a one piece swimsuit, and two pairs of sunglasses. At first I received my swimsuit and black pair of sunglasses, it took longer than they said it would online but just a couple weeks. Not too bad. My only problem was my third item never shipped. But when I contacted Zaful, they were happy to help and went above and beyond. Honestly all I expected was to get ahold of my other pair of sunglasses, or a refund for them never shipping. Instead, Zaful sent me my third item and refunded my money for the entire order. This wasn't necessary but greatly appreciated! All these reviews talk about how their customer service isn't the best but I honestly had a great experience. As far as the quality of the products go, it could be better. My biggest tip is SIZE UP in clothing. I'm a 5'9" female, 130lbs and I ordered the swimsuit in a medium. It fits- it's just a little tight and I know I'd be more comfortable in a larger size. The black pair of sunglasses are fine, but not the best. They're not super opaque so they don't really protect eyes from sun and people looking at you can see your eyes behind the glasses. My third item and second pair of sunglasses were much better quality. I actually love them, opaque and stylish. Overall their stuff isn't the best quality, but you get what you pay for. Pretty good customer service. And it takes a little while for your items to arrive, but they are packaged safely so theres no damage to the products.

I was very skeptical of this site at first, since the clothes are adorable and the prices are ridiculously low. I wasn't expecting much, but I was VERY impressed. The shipping took almost two weeks, but for the prices and quality of the items, it was absolutely worth it. The clothes are so cute. I already ordered from them again and will keep ordering! In addition, there were a couple items I needed to return (quality was great, just weren't right for me), and instead of having me return the items, they refunded me the money and asked me to donate the items to charity. I was incredibly impressed with this. Their customer service is awesome; they respond within 24 hours and genuinely want to help.

I have had a total of two offers from Zaful in a span of one and a half months. The clothes have great prices, the shipping is good and the customer service is amazing. I really want to comment on the customer service, they respond really quick, ensure to solve any problems, and are very professional. I like shopping on the site so much I told my sister and coworkers to purchase some items.
