I would like to tell you my own experience at Zaful because there is a lot of people who are still a little skeptical about the quality of this online store.
I ordered for the first time in Zaful, and I ordered two swimsuits in the size M, which was my size according to their sizing chart. I ordered on the 20 of July and I got my order on the 27 of the same month. The process for shipping took only 3 days and then it was ready to be shipped all the way to my house. I had some problems with one of the swimsuits so i submitted a ticket just like it said in the emails they sent. If you have a problem you should go to the support center.
I thought they were going to take a whole week or 3 days to answer, but no...
It took like 2-3 hours for the ticket to be sent to them and for like another 2-3 hours for them to respond. And they immediately gave 2 options of what to do. I picked an option and they instantly solved the problem.
In terms of quality I would say it is way better that what I thought it was going to be, and I thought that both of the swimsuits I ordered were going to be damage or the color was not going to be the same as in the picture. But it is the same.
Everything was perfect and easy to deal with, so that is why Im already looking for more stuff to buy at Zaful

This was my first time buying at zaful and at the beggining i did not know what to expect but i was really surprised when i recieved my orden really fast. The bikinis that they sent to me were fine and were very similar to the ones in the photos of zaful. Com and that is super good, also a saw a lot of girls who said that you should size up but in my particular case i just used the size chart and compared my messurements with that and really worked, in general im satisficed with my purchase and i will shop again at zaful

I ordered a poncho. It was full of defects. When I emailed about 5 photos to Zawful they asked for MORE PHOTOS. They have refused to answer emails or my calls. I finally had to have Paypal issue me a refund and they told me they have HUNDREDS OF COMPLAINTS on file. If you order anything from the company you are STUPID.
Zawful has a FAKE Customer Service rep named SANDY Z who posts here with fake concern. They don't give a rat's behind. Zaful will NEVER contact you for a refund. Their FAKE CONCERN IS ALL A LIE.
ZAWFUL is still posting FAKE CUSTOMER SERVICE replies. If you order anything from these SCAM ARTISTS you are TRULY STUPID.

When I tried tracking my order on FedEx with the number they gave me it did not make any sense to me! For starters, it said "Anticipated Ship Date 6/28/17" which was definelty odd to me since I ordered my packages on DECEMBER 11,2017. I was hoping it was just a glitch so waited a few more days. It kept saying delivery date pending to Philidelphia but I live in California, so after patiently waiting a week for a new update I finally tried emailing them (since they're number doesn't even work) explaining my concerns.
They replied "The Holiday season is coming and we wish you receive your item(s) on time.
Kindly note that this is peak season for the shipping companies and local post offices that may face a backlog with deliveries. Your tracking number(s) may not get updated in time due to the delay between scanning events and the website's updates.

Sounded like an auto-message to me and like no one was really investigating the issue. So I called Fedex customer service and they said the sender gave me a wrong or old tracking number. That the label fedex made back in June was under another receivers name and address. So I'm very disappointed to have to be dealing with this issue. I was really looking forward to my order. I'm still hoping to hear back from zaful with an actual solution.

I've made several orders in ZAFUL and Iove everything I have bought, people started to ask me where I buy my clothes and now some of my friends and family ask me to let them know when I'm going to make my next order so that they can buy something too because they have amazing discounts, coupons and the clothes are good quality.
From my personal experience customer service was really great, any questions I had were answered patiently and all of the swimsuits were good quality. I did have trouble with one of them as the buckle wasn't properly made and couldn't close but I got a refund to make up for it. I had the option of getting a refund in store credit and extra Zaful points or straight back into my PayPal account. Any items that didn't fit properly were also refunded.
Shipping took a few weeks to get to Australia on express shipping, which I received for free due to buying over $99 USD worth of items. They were all packaged separately inside the parcel.
One item had to be shipped separately due to it being out of stock at the time I ordered it, but it came about a week if not less after my main package.
Overall my experience with Zaful was really good! I think you do have to be smart about the items you buy and read the item description/materials etc. carefully to avoid any mistakes or misconceptions about what the item is like.
Ordered one dress in September. Just ONE. I paid $5 for shipping to make it ship 5-7 days instead of free shipping. The order did not arrive on the date promised. I message them and I got an email saying that the item was really popular and that it was back ordered. Once the order is in, they will do same day shipping to get it here on a specific date. I did not get it on that date either. I wish saved this message because I can no longer find it. I also can't login on the website anymore.
A while later, I received an email notifying me it was shipped. I go to check the tracking number for my order and received an 'error' or 'does not exist'. I contacted them AGAIN and got an email saying thanks for contacting and to click on a link to view the response. I clicked on the link and of course the link doesn't work.
I have filed a dispute on Paypal since it was my method of payment. I encourage anyone having issues with Zaful to file a dispute if they aren't cooperating with you.
Anyone else should avoid purchasing from them at all costs! They are worse than the international sellers on ebay. They at least have way better customer service than these guys.

When I first heard about Zaful, I was hesitant to shop there because they are a strictly online retail store and what is online is not always as good as real life. However, my experience shopping at Zaful was actually very pleasant. I purchased a fairly decent sized order and it was all shipped in one package, delivered at my door within 25 days (which followed the timeline they estimated). I had a tracking number that worked for me so I knew the day of it's arrival that it would be coming! That was really nice. I could use paypal which was also convenient for me. My order itself exceeded my expectations, and I'll tell you why. I ordered a dress that was only $13 and it was a thick, comfortable material that looked absolutely adorable on. The jewelry was pretty and delicate and sturdy. I didn't know what to expect because of the prices, but the reviews other people had left helped me figure out what would be a good size for me (the sizing charts were accurate as well but allowing photos on reviews is very nice of Zaful!). Zaful, for me, sells super cute clothes at a price I couldn't resist trying out. I'm very glad I did!

It's shorter than I thought it would be, but over all it's a nice chain. A good buy. Goes with just about everythin on zaful. Definitely can't wear it.
I researched reviews of zaful in great detail before ordering as i felt the prices seemed way too good to be true. For a lot of people they were, as a lot of people were complaining they hadn't reviewed their orders, so I thought I'd better order something cheap at first to test their service. I ordered a bikini which upon questioning zaful (and having to go through a fairly long winded process of getting a response) I was told it should take around two weeks. To my delight the bikini came in less than two weeks, so I got straight back on there to order my summer clothes. I made two seperate orders which were delivered within one month. One of the orders was missing an item which I emailed zaful to question, but it was delivered seperately before they even had the chance to respond. Some of the items I ordered were better quality than I expected, and others were much worse. It seems you need to check the fabric of the item you order carefully in closeup photos before ordering as cheap material is often used, but not always. In conclusion, be smart, do your research, don't expect fast delivery as it is coming from China (give at least one month), don't expect top notch customer service, but do expect amazing designs at good prices and a support team who are doing their best despite language barriers, overseas shipping issues and customs/border control problems.

This stie is a SCAM! It's a fraud. They sent me a dress that is 6" too small in the bust and with colors NOTHING like the photo. I think they are taking pictures from other websites and trying to copy them and send them out from China. Return policy is appalling. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!

I paid my order, my bank app accepted the payment, but not Zaful. As the status was "waiting for payment", I paid a second time. They accepted both payment. I am waiting for their refund since February 28th, as you have to wait between 14 and 30 business days to get your money back...
And as if it wasn't a bad experience enough, I received on March 6th an e-mail saying that my order has been shipped and was on its way - I can even track it. Today (March 25th), I received a second e-mail telling me my order has been shipped - I can track it as well. When I contact them, they tell me the shipping date is March 18th... Can't tell what's true and what's not. Sending tickets really DO NOT help.
HIGHLY DISCOURAGE BUYING THERE
