I ORDERED A DRESS FROM FLORYDAY- IT WAS THIN, CHEAP MATERIAL, POORLY MADE, IT DID NOT FIT TRUE TO SIZE AND YOU ONLY HAVE 14 DAYS TO RETURN. IT IS ALSO ONE OF THESE COMPANIES THAT DOES NOT SEND A RETURN LABEL. YOU HAVE TO CONTACT THEM FIRST.
I was a little sceptical before ordering from Zaful. However, I was pleasantly surprised! The swimsuit I ordered came much earlier than I expected! The quality of the material was really good and the fit was perfect! I am 58kgs or about 127lbs and approx 164cm or approx 5' 3"/4". I ordered a size small and it fit perfectly! The quality aof the product and service is great in general, the low price tag is an amazing bonus!
Zaful Customer service just ends up screwing me over EVERY TIME! I have ordered twice of zaful and Yes: they have some cute products. I have been so patient with them because every order there is a mistake made or a problem with shipping or payment. For example in my most recent order i "TRIED" to place, it was a huge spring sale so i had about 200$ worth of items which is a lot of money. I clicked place order, and waited a couple of days to pay. They sent me a paypal Invoice for me to pay, when i don't even have a paypal account! I just paid through the invoice with my credit card and then now they are trying to tell me i never paid for my order... I even waited days for it to process. I was honestly back and forth with customer support and they were NO HELP. They just simply did not understand for some stupid reason. I sent them screenshots of the email receipt, invoice and transaction number, I even sent them my bank info and screenshots of my credit card transactions. It made absolutely no sense for them to tell me that I did not pay. So guess what they did to resolve the situation? They just decided to cancel my order and take 1650 points which is worth A LOT of savings. I deleted the app and will let everyone know not to order from zaful because of my experience. Every order will have a mistake. I don't even care how harsh this review is, 200$ is a lot of money that i truly need and i know im not getting it back. So done.
I got to know about Zaful from youtube, by watching on their swimwear reviews. The videos were either hits or misses, but the prices are too irresistible not to order from them so I took it with a grain of salt while ordering. I did not regret at all!
I ordered twice from them, with a total of 4 bikinis and 2 sunglasses. Shipping was really fast for me. It was shipped out and reached me (Singapore) within the week for both orders.
Overall, all items were of great quality. The sunglasses are really very well made, with good heavyweight material. They actually look and feel expensive. The bikinis are overall well made, with good stitching and thick fabric. The only gripe I have is the sizing. The sizing chart is not very accurate, and only some have actual measurements, so it'll be great if they can have the actual measurements for every single piece of clothing for better estimation. I'm a UK10 and but instead an XL for their bikinis is perfect on me. So word of advice, size up!
In conclusion, Zaful is an affordable clothing website to shop at with extremely good quality accessories and swimwear.

I love the fabric feels great excellent quality, if you have big breasts, it's a little inconvenient, but if you don t mind showing a little bit then it's perfect!
I really do like Zaful! Unfortunately like every online company, it can be hard to match clothing sizes. While it kinda sucks, I DEFINITELY recommend pulling out the tape measure on these and really measuring yourself to the charts of the item you are looking for because sizes vary per item. Their jewelry is spot on as well as their makeup brushes. I am not sure about their makeup as it does not state if they are cruelty free or not but considering they probably made in China, I am assuming they arent so cruelty free make-up lovers, watch out for that. But their clothes are obviously their high point. And SUPER cute. Regardless their customer service is really nice and the time I contacted them about a defect, they handled it well. My recent order included a white dress that came already dirty but considering how cheap it is, I am not really too upset especially since I plan to ship it back. Also I know shipping is slower so don't order if you are wanting to get it super soon. They can sell so cheap probably because they dont spend $10 quickly shipping you your $15 dress. But since it does take like 3 weeks to come, it is so awesome to receive a package you forgot about and pushed to the back of your head!
I ordered from this site over a month ago. I figured it was just one of those companies that have a longer shipping time, so I waited patiently for my order to arrive- it never did. I sent the company an email, requesting an update, and to my surprise they advised me that my order was sent back to the shipper, and the only way to be united with my order would be to pay an additional $10 USD (which I find to be quite ridiculous, considering the original shipping cost was $4.99 USD. They were provided with my phone number and address, and there's no proof that any attempt to contact me was made. I requested a refund, and they stated that my only option was to pay the $10 to have it delivered. After going back and fourth for a few days, the only solution they came up with was to give me a partial credit of $5 USD. How does one get a partial credit for an item that they never received? And why not just pay the shipper the $10 if you're willing to give me $5 USD? At least I'd have my order, possibly like the swimsuit, and order again because the issue was rectiied... but no... This company prides itself on its customer service, stating their customers are their top priority, but their actions demonstrate the exact opposite. Long story short, don't bother ordering with them... unless you have money to throw away. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

I have ordered twice from Zaful. The first order was small, like $30 dollars and the second order was large like $100 dollars, and both went smoothly. Yes the shipping does take a couple of weeks, but if you want free two-day delivery get an Amazon Prime account. The good prices at Zaful are a trade off for the shipping timeline. Yes most of the clothes are not for XL ladies. There are plenty of stores that are, but maybe not this one. I am a 5'3" 140 pounds woman and I have not had too much trouble fitting into any of the clothes I have bought from them. If you are unsure always size up with Zaful. Another tip is always get the express shipping, my Express order got to me in 8 business days (and the shipping was free since I bought over $99 dollars worth of product). Also try to buy from them when they are having a sale that is when this site really ROCKS because then the already good prices become super good! I also want to add that I did have one small hiccup with them over the quoted price of the shipping for the first order. I was quoted like 3 dollars but was charged 10. When I contacted them about it I was written back in a timely manner and was refunded the money. Basically I think people are too hard on this store, I think they are trying. This store isn't for everyone, but follow my advice and you become a repeat buyer.

I ordered a belt and a off the shoulder top. Both articles of clothing looked exactly like the website. Though I may not have liked the style of the blouse, I did choose it and will have to make sure that I have seen other people wear the clothing prior to making the purchase. The blouse was thick quality and was not see-through. The belt however did have a weird smell and was flimsy. I will most likely just stick with bottoms because I have had better luck with bottoms than tops.
I've tried a few other China based online stores and I have to say Zaful is my favorite. The clothes are much better quality and very cute. I'll definitely buy more from Zaful! When I did encounter problems, they were quick and easy to deal with the problems. They refunded me the money in an appropriate amount of time and promised to correct any problems I had. I trust them with my business as well as with the quality of my clothes! I also always get compliments on the things I've bought with them so not just me, but the people around me also think its cute! Yay
