I first ordered from Zaful in 2017 and from that on I restock my swimwear collection 1-2 times per year. Sometimes I also add couple of clothing items to my order since you can find quite interesting bits there.
The quality is really good, like my 40$ bikini set is no better than the 10$ one from Zaful. And as I already mentioned there are many diverse and unique styles I can't really find in my local stores.
The one thing to keep in mind is that you always have to see what size to get, read the reviews and etc. because sometimes you have to size up. I can see that this is getting better as there is always more and more items I can get in my regular size.
I am also glad to see that they are finally moving towards that you can order tops and bottoms separately, meaning you can pick for example M for bottoms and S for top, because we all aren't the same from top as bottom.
Only issue I have ever had with Zaful is that couple of pieces doesn't fit me, but instead of sending them back I have chosen an easier way and gave them to someone else. Never had problems with notable quality issues or not getting the packages even though I live in northern Europe.
The send wrong size, asked if i preferred a 'wallet refund' which you can use as credit or send the item again. (All that after the exchange of 4 emails)
They agreed for the refund which they never made. Although i contacted them and they apologized for the delay, still no refund.

My overall experience with Zaful was great. If I had to compare it to experience with other similar websites I would have to say it's as different as chalk and cheese! First of all the materials used are actually fine, not as cheap plastic looking as I thought they would be and as I've experienced before with similar brands - especially the bathing suit material, which is amazing and looks like used by one of the high end brands. The style of clothes is awesome as well, very on trend and unique at the same time. I did have a problem with a sizing of the romper I bought, it was way too big (though it was the smallest size on the site), but after contacting Zaful Customer Service I had a great pleasure to experience the way that the customer should be treated in. Without any problems, without asking for it, I received all of my money back. When you're ordering online, there's always a risk of receiving something below your expectations and you have to take that into consideration, but I belive that when something is obviously wrong with the item you should be offered a solution - and that is what Zaful Team did for me, which I appreciate. I recommend this website, loved it.

I have now wrote a review on two their websites to warn people of the scammers these people are. This is such an awful company do not trust them. They lie, lie, lie, lie. They do not respect. So bad. I bought it from here after having many ads come up. I went on the website and it was good and NO SIGN I WOULD HAVE TO PAY IMPORT TAX. I then got an email saying I would have to PAY AN EXTRA £60. Ummm what. We then contacted customer service saying we wanted a refund. I then had to wait 3 DAYS for a reply. When they just directed us to web links which did not do anything. We then asked if we could have a refund then do not respond for a week when they said that it has been shipped, so WE HAVE TO PAY. Even though we had already asked to cancel within 14 days. So overall do not shop from here bad customer service. Unaware of import tax. DO NOT SHOP FROM ZAFUL.

I have ordered two items on the 16th of January. Surprisingly enough I got sent an email that they have been shipped out SEPARATELY. The shipping companies tracking does not work I have not had a single update since ordering and it keeps saying there's a "delay and your package will be with us soon". So I wrote one of those tickets and they just told me its holiday season and to wait patiently. The shipping time keeps changing wherever you look for it - first it says 8-15 days then on their FAQ it says 8-20 and on the ticket, they told me it's up to 25 working days due to "holiday season". The automated answer also started with immediately telling me I am unable to cancel my order even though I never mentioned cancelling in my ticket just info on the tracking as no website provides me with any. Incredibly disappointed and would not recommend because of the horrible customer service. I haven't seen the products yet and even if their great quality I would not be ordering from this website again. By far the worst online shopping experience I have had.

I have orderd from Zaful for the first time. I am very pleased with the stuff I got. The quality of chlotes is great and the items are the same as in the picture. I was really amazed. Stuff are very afordable and there are lots of beautiful items. I am shure that I will purchase items in future from this site. Also shipping was very fast, about 10 days although it said it would take up to 25 days (for the standard free shipping), so I was very happy when I received it so fast. Thumb up for Zaful!
I ordered from Zaful a Floral Backless Crop Top e Shorts Chiffon in size M and when it tried unfortunately the short didn't fit me. The Top was very good, fited me perfectly but the short was tight for me.
And I sent a message to Zaful Suport and they were amazing, they were super attentive and helped me so much and they solved my problem.
Despite this small setback I still love this online store because they are super professionals and give all the attention to their customers and I will continue to shop in Zaful for sure.

This was my first time ordering from Zaful. I've seen it all over instagram and other social media platforms. After doing a little bit of researching I decided to go ahead and order something from them. My initial thought wasn't very positive at first since I thought the materials would be cheap and not worth it at all. I also thought that they only sold swimwear since that's what I've been seeing in pictures. I picked out this really lovely set that was $12-$13. Insane. I normally buy bikinis for $50 for just one top, but this seemed like such a good bargain. The only thing though would have to be the way they have sets sizes. You can only choose the same size for both top and bottoms. Which is how I can see may be tricky to other customers. But it wasn't a problem for me personally. Anyway I added it to my cart and chose to expedite it which was an additional $9. To me that wasn't so bad considering the total was only around $20 which is so good for me. The package took about 10 days to get to me which was really quick considering it came from China and I live in the U.S. The item itself exceeded my standards. The material was just like my more expensive swimwear and the color was just like the picture. If this set wasn't from Zaful I honestly would've thought this was a $50 bikini. Both top and bottoms fit me perfectly and I was so satisfied with my purchase. Zaful definitely exceeded my initial thoughts and now I get to share it with my friends and family too. For a first experience on Zaful I'd have to say that I'm pleased and I'll definitely be ordering more from them.
Such a cute little dress for summer. Easy to slip on and although its a bit short, is great for the beach! I received so many compliments on this so very happy with the purchase!
I found out about this business through instagram. I was skeptical about it & it's legitimacy but I decided to give it a try. The stuff I got were so good. Great material, rich colors.
Like everyone else I made the mistake of not properly looking at where it shipped from. I just assumed because the site was US it would come from the US. The products actually get shipped straight from China I believe... someplace like that. Anyway like everything ordered from over there expect shipping from when you get the shipping email to when it arrives at your door to be a MONTH. I ordered it on Dec 9. Got the shipping email on the 16 and it arrived Jan 11. I'm taking into account that there was xmas and new years in this as well so that could be part of the slow shipping.
One of my items has been sent separately.
I emailed the company a week and a half ago to see if my other item would be shipped and was polite in my email and got a fast response back and forth. They explained how long in generally takes and they were polite.
My bathing suits I got today are very nice. I'm actually really happy with the quality of them considering the low price I paid for it. I've gotten an email saying my sweater is on its way so I expect it'll be here in feb lol.
The shipping is annoying but the stuff is great. All I can say is just be patient and if you are looking to have your items for a specific date. Make sure you properly take into account the weeks it will take for shipping. I'm just happy my bathing suits came in time for my trip and they look great!:)
Also for sizing. Again make sure you read reviews on the items from others. This helps considerably as some items might be sized a little weird. I checked and I'm glad I did. One of the bathing suits wouldn't have fit otherwise if I got my regular size.

I don't normally write bad reviews, even though i do a lot of online shopping and have received some really bad clothes, but this has to be the worst... ever. Normally when you buy cheap clothes... you get cheap clothes but with zaful your paying retail price for cheap, tacky, horrible clothes!
I bought two dresses, and they looked amazing on the models, and i am a petite person so i am about the same size (UK 8) which on their website a UK 6/8 is a M, so i ordered the dresses in a Medium. The one dress came was not a medium it was big... in all the wrong places! They both basically looked NOTHING like the dresses in the pictures and they definitely did not fit like how you would expect them too. Its terrible, the fabric is terrible and its like whoever made these dresses did not put any thought into how it would fit a person with a 'medium' body. Really really bad i hope i can get a full refund because i will never order from them again, i've wasted my money and most of all my time because they were specifically bought for a special occasion and now i have to look for dresses again. I hope in the future they can fix up and put REAL photos up of what they are actually selling or fix up their dress makers! Its a real shame because their service was good in terms of letting you know about shipping.
