Two months ago I ordered five swimsuits. I should have ordered just one just to see the quality and fit but nooo! I wanted to believe it was going to work out. After all the swimsuits are copies of very expensive designer swimwear. First of all I try to get a refund and the website did not recognize my order number I tried to do individual reviews for each of my items but the website stated that I had not placed my order yet. Really? A lot of the swimsuits are under $20 but it can add up and the next thing you know you just blew 100 bucks on garbage. The one swimsuit I look forward to receiving came apart as I was trying it on. Can't believe these swimsuits can be shipped out Going as poor as they are. Who approves the quality of work? If ZAFUL is happy to rip people off, they're doing an excellent job. Ladies ignore those YouTube videos about ZAFUL. SAVE YOUR MONEY! By one Authentic beautiful designer bikini Rather then a couple of cheap horrible embarrassing looking swimwear that you can't even give away.
I ordered 3 swimsuit from this site. The order arrived after almost a month (israel).
The swimsuit look axacly like in the picture in graet quallity and the size was exacly fit.
I would definitely order more from this site!

On July 4th as a birthday gift to myself I decided to try online shopping for the first time. Did not turn out to be much of a present for myself however! After waiting patiently for 25 business days for standard shipping time and still had not received anything I started to get a little worried. When I enquired about the problem the company told me that it would arrive in 2 months, which is not stated on the website! While still trying to remain positive I decided keeping update with the tracking of the shipment would give me more insight into the situation. However the tracking company was not very efficient in updating the system so I was left stuck in the dark. I have had to get resourceful and start tracking it myself by phoning my local postal companies everyday. And while I do understand that the tracking of the shipment has nothing to do with Zaful I would highly recommend that they use a better shipping company and not PostNL. I have since been in contact with the online help centre who has tried to resolve my issue and we have settled on a refund, whether or not I actually get it I am not too sure. I can however not fault the online support as they are very efficient and helpful.

I'm always surprised by the quality of the bikinis on this site. The shipping takes a little bit longer, but considering the price, it's well worth it.
I ordered 3 bathing suits and after a lot of miscommunication and 2 months later I finally revived the bathing suits today. Well. 2 bathing suits were okay. I am 5'4 and 136 lbs and ordered a large in both 2 pieces I ordered. One fit great and the 2nd one is too small. The 3rd bathing suit was the most disappointing. I ordered a medium and I'm swimming in it, too big. And the bow on the swimsuit wasn't on the bathing suit. So it reAlly bad. I am waiting for a dress although I paid expedite shipping.
I really don't think the great pricing justifies not getting the product pictured.

Zaful provides the worst customer service ever. I bought a few items and none of them fit (also the quality is terrible). I called customer service within a week about the return procedure and I got told by two different agents I would receive an RMA and a prepaid return label. After waiting a week and having to call them and write to them about 7 times, I finally got told it was a mistake and I wouldn't be getting a prepaid ticket! So I have to pay around 20$ for the return shipping AND it's indicated on the website that after 7 days I will NOT get a full refund! Even though they're the ones who made me lose my time! They are unhelpful, very repetitive and the people on the phone aren't well trained and don't know what they're talking about. As for the customer service by email, they kept sending me the return instructions even though it was not answering my questions and it was giving me contradictory informations from what I repeatedly was told over the phone. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I am finally getting around to writing this review months later. The designs on the pants are pretty cool, however, the material is quite cheap (compared to the high price), and it was a lot smaller than I thought it would be, which was very unfortunate. As soon as I got my package, I decided to wear one of the pants, and a hole immediately starting forming on the crotch area, and then around the area on another spot, it just tore a lot when I sat a certain way. Months later, my mother fixed it for me once she had the time, and as soon as I tried them on, I barely stretched a little bit, and the fabric tore a lot at a different spot. I wish I had contacted Zaful earlier to get my money back, however, according to other reviews, it seems that getting refunds are impossible, and they will just simply reply to me with a generic answer. I wish I had looked at the reviews before I ordered, because if I did, I would never have ordered from them. I still occassionally wear their undersized pants, but I am always scared that it's going to rip. Overall, your money is best spent somewhere else.

Don't buy hoodies, they're $#*!ing see through. They look good as in design and $#*! but they're see through, feel cheap af (like I wouldn't want it even for free) and provides virtually zero warmth
This is a 100% honest review. Everything I ordered from Zaful was pretty good quality and I liked it a lot. Everything looked just like it did in the pictures and it was all vert cute. Since Zaful is a very inexpensive site I was very skeptical about how the quality would be. To be careful, I did research. I only ordered things that had many reviews, including pictures. I payed attention to what people said about quality and fit and bought what looked good. Since there is so much on the site and things come from all different place, everything can't be perfect. There are some bad things on every site. Everything that I bought was very nice and fit well since I sized up. It was not the most perfect quality in the entire world, but for the price, it was great. Zaful is a very large company with very good prices. Everything seems to comes from China. Since it is, it does take awhile to get to you. I always expect this with orders from China. The shipping is also free! It is easy for people to complain about these things, but in my experience, Zaful met my expectations and I enjoyed everything I got. I have ordered from Zaful twice and will continue to into the future.
