I ordered 4 items and none of them was in stock, and they dont tell you this unless you send them hundreds of emails asking where your order is. Every time I would order something new to replace the original item the was out of stock this new item was out of stock as well. So they let you buy the product online, they take your money and products are not available. Finally they sent me 1 item (the cheapest one) and told me a second item was on its way, however there was never a tracking # and when I asked for it, again after sending like 10 emails, a different rep answered it had never been sent out because it was out of stock as well. I never received my other 3 items and even though I emailed them 20 times asking for my money back never received a refund. So they kept my money (over $100) and never sent me the dresses.

I bought a dress (something like the one pictured below) Jan. 2021 and it is now April 29,2021 going into MAY 2021 and STILL no dress. I have emailed several times and last few times they have ignored me. I asked for a refund today and know they will continue to ignore me. DON'T BUY FROM ZAALON! SAVE YOUR MONEY!

I ordered a prom dress from Zaalon and it is very poor quality. It looks like a child's Halloween costume from a dollar store. The day I received it I emailed Zaalon to initiate return/refund, which is how their site said to do. After 2 months and multiple emails I have never received any communication from them. This company is a scam! I will never buy from them again and suggest no one else does either.

Let me start by saying, I DO NOT write reviews but this one was worthy of my time. I placed an order on Jan 16,2021. As of today, April 7,2021, I have not received any of the items I purchased (Total $123.93). After placing the order, I received an email stating that the shipment was delayed due to the virus. Then I received an email stating that one of the items was no longer in stock (so how could've been delayed if it no longer in stock... hummm?) Then I was told I could order something else in the place of it... REALLY? I don't think so! So I requested a refund. I could not receive a refund because the order was shipped (remember one item was out of stock), but I could receive a 10% discount on my next order. That'll NEVER happen! Needless to say, I have not received either of the two items. If you would like to donate your money to an unknown cause, than go right ahead and order from these scammers!

I ordered 2 dresses from this site, payed for expedited shipping this was from early February... tried to reach out to them twice already no one is replying to the email, at this point I need to cancel which I stated in the email. This is bull$#*!, SCAMMM ALERT!

Honestly I wish I could give them a half star or none at all. This company is sooo $#*!ty. Wish I'd looked at the reviews before ordering. But anyways I ordered this blingy dress but received nothing close to the image, when I contacted them to return it the company refused and said that they can refund me like 10% but I thought that was bull$#*! seems how the website says nothing about the image being different from the picture. They said they only could go up to 20% because I was not returning the product but would allow me to return so I said whatever. That was January 31st 2021, I was supposed to get my refund within the next week. It's now February 19th 2021 and I have received after constantly contacting them and basically being a $#*! about it. But I don't even care this is the $#*!test website ever. I had paid $56 and only got $12. SCAMMERS and $#*!ing LIARS!

The dress I ordered don't look like the picture don't order from them, I will be disputing my order...

I ordered two Dresses December 31,2020, and chose expedited shipping 3-7 days. Today is Jan. 17,2021, still no dresses. I asked when is my stuff arriving, they claim they are unable to provide a tracking number and they do not know when my dresses will arrive. They only want to give 50% of the $14.99 I paid for shipping. They won't cancel the order because they said it's out for delivery, but they don't know when it was shipped. They are a scam.

Nothing like the picture. Please don't waste your money. The quality of the fabric and the overall style is very cheap.
