I've been a customer for almost 40 years. What keeps me coming back? High-quality products at decent prices, free products with my orders, a wide variety of items, easy ordering, quick shipping, fantastic customer service. They use organic, natural products they grow, to make a smaller environmental impact. They have a firm commitment to reducing packaging and offering recycleable containers and refillable jars. Bottom line: they are a great company, with products that really work.
This is one company that doesn't care about customers. My orders came after 13 days (long wait) and one of the products was received in a damaged container, simply because of poor packaging. Several bottled products were dumped in a big box without cushioning. Called customer service helpline many times the whole day until finaly someone answered. I was promised to receive a replacement for the damaged goods. I followed up with them via email but all I received were several blank messages. What a way to treat customers.
Unfortunately, my favorite Yves Rocher has changed for the worse in the past few years. Riche's brand of anti-age products became unusable because of its low quality. I will toss the jar of Intensive Care creme I received the last time into the garbage. I have been using this creme for over 20 years: it was light, felt wonderful on the skin, and absorbed quickly. Now, this creme is oily, lumpy and stays on the skin like glue.
Goodbye, Yves Rocher, I loved it for so many years, but I will not use it anymore.

Once an order has been placed online, you cannot make any changes, edit, or cancel it. I have never experienced such unprofessional treatment as when contacting Yves Rocher Customer Service aka Call Centre. Is rudeness a requirement of the job desription? Their unwiilingness to assist in resolving an issue when ordering online is very frustrating and stressful.

Any online orders cannot be changed or cancelled. You can refuse the shipment upon delivery and refunded once its back to merchant.

My purchase of Oct. 13 for $57 through Paypal is still on back order. Apparently one or more of the items is temporarily out of stock and holding up entire order.
Nice products and good value but they lose all value to me in product delivery. Thin boxes and complete lack of packing material plus too many products dumped into boxes too weak and small for the load. Products arrived in less than perfect condition, sometimes damaged beyond use. Add insult to injury, they do not respond to electronic requests for help AT ALL. Telephone wait times are 15 to 30 minutes and their agents will treat you poorly. Photo below are just the most recent shipment. Not the first with issues.
Their skincare is definitely inferior to the skincare of the late eighties and early ninties. Now they irritate my skin. Also their pricing was very reasonable. Not it's out of sight. Also I bought a sealed skin cream and put it away. When I opened it there was nothing but a doughy blob. They did nothing for me as they said it was bought too long ago. Well if the plastic seal was still on it and stored in a cool dark place this should not have happened.
Last week i recived my order was supposed that i will get my birthday surprise box that says it worth 150 or more as usual there was no box nothing as mentioned and this is the second time happening to me also my perfume gift was full size always for more than 7 years but the last 2 years its just a travel size i always order evidence perfume as its my favourite i am customer for more than 8 years

I've been a customer of Yves Rocher for a while now (used to order their items in the 80's and then started purchasing again after 2000. I've never had any big issues before until now with my one order. Anyway, I thought i had rectified it but still did not receive my order and it's been over a month. Tried to get a hold of customer service-you are on hold forever so I e-mailed them. They never answered it! Very frustrating! I really do like some of their products (though some of the shower gels have a ammonia smell that's gross!) but I 'm thinking of dropping them all together.
I have been using this products for more than 20 years. I'm very disappointed with the nail polish and a few other products. Last month I order 3 nail polish and they were like kind of old. The brush was really bad and the polish consistency was so bad that I couldn't use it. In the past they refunded my money, now I need to send the products and pay for the shipping, which is not worth it. I just waisted my money... also in the past I had a bad costumer service experience, so I stopped order my creams for a few years, however now I'm back because I really like their rich cream line. Any ways I feel that if you are the kind of costumer that most of the time keeps the products they should make an exception when you are not happy with your order.
I have been buying their products for 5 years now without complaint on the product. Recently I had to deal with their customer service with regards to a wrong payment on their part and it was terrible.
The representatives were clueless and the supervisor was rude with nonconsumer skills. Wonder how they are planning to retain consumers in todays social, millennial driven environment
I SEND MY ORDER AT MARCH 5 BUT NOT RECEIVED IT AT MARCH 30. AND MOREOVER -- I DID NOT RECEIVE MY ORDER FROM NOVEMBER. I THINK TO STOP MAKING ORDERS WITH YVES ROCHER.
I ordered from Yves Rocher once back in the 90's (via catalog), and back then you expected slow processing time and shipping. Their site is complicated and their customer accounts online are impossible to navigate. You can't track anything without a customer number, and you can't get that number until your first order arrives, or 24-48 hours later via phone/customer service. 10 days is a long wait even for overseas packages. I'm not sure where YR USA ships from, but you'd think that they have a warehouse somewhere in America since it's 2017.
I called customer service when my lip primer pencil tip broke off.
My order was $89.00. I asked Ella if she could send me a new pencil. Of the course the answer was no. She offered to send me a sharpener for $3.00.
That was tacky after my order was $89. She was unfriendly and could not wait to get off the call. I will no longer be a customer.
I have purchased several items from Yves Rocher. usa.com and tried to ask my tracking number, but the customer service is not working. I have tried for several times. There is no way to contact them by email. They do not answer for my messages. Please check this site and fix the problem.
I have been a customer for years. Paid them for years. They have"nt cashed my payment for a month. Keep saying it"s unpaid. Won"t send orders i placed. I"m all paid up. I think it"s time too move on. And customer service is rude!
I was a customer since the 1970's but I will not shop with this company anymore. Yves Rocher used to be a great company until Mr. Rocher died. Now it's a pathetic business with mediocre products and deplorable customer service. Very sad. Yves Rocher, the founder, would be very disappointed in what his company's become.
I ordered my items online. All Items were available and nothing was marked as out-of-stock. During the transaction and order confirmation.
However, they sent me the wrong gift necklace and ring that I could buy in dollar store instead of pearl set that was the part of their offer and I really decided to place the order for that reason. ( I got the promo as a value customer, but we all know they send the same to all customers.) Customer service rep informed me that they run out of stock so that they can not help me at all; I ended up with a bunch of wrong items / colors in minimal sizes which is not obvious from catalog. Long story short YR is expensive for the quality they offer lately, besides all gifts. The worst was - according to their palette you cannot see exactly see your matching color; In one sentence the online shopping in general became a fraud.
