I've been a regular Yoox shopper for over 3 years and truly, there is no better place to find a great fashion deal. It is perfect if you're one of those people (like me) who follows designer fashion very closely but doesn't feel the need to buy things on-season. Wait a while, and as if by magic, chances are you WILL see your favorite items sneakily pop up on Yoox at big discounts! It is also perfect if you just want a bargain high quality item, end of story!
The only thing is, their size advice can be inconsistent, so really make sure you know your size (especially shoes) in a particular designer before you buy.
In my experience, they deal with problems efficiently and effectively. I bought an iPhone case which turned out to be measured incorrectly and therefore incompatible with my phone model, so I called their customer service hotline and they swiftly arranged for a full refund without the restock fee deduction.

Purchased a dress online. Charged immediately for it. They provided a UPS NUMBER but UPS says they never received package from YOOX. Called them 4 times... THEY DO NOT LISTEN! All they say is... "It has defiantly shipped". There was only "1 left" and there's still "1 left". Cannot get help... Now fighting for credit. Never again
I'm more than dissappointed, they have the worst and rudest cistomer service! I ordered pair of shoes which the where really expensive and they sent me the wrong Size! I ordered again( I've paid twice and yet not receiving the Money!) and although i wrote 10 mail like: please be varefull this time! It's important, it's urgent, it's a present for someone... They sent me the same wrong size again!
I have to take two times off to go to the post office to post them back!

Every time I buy something from them, the item is either too small or the fabric feels so cheap. There are brands I have never heard off. If you Google those brands, it looks like only yoox carries them which makes me nervous about buying them.
I've bought several times from yoox and this time was a big disappointment. I ordered a pair of white trainers and only to find one of them was having a completely yellowing sole which should be white! It looks like I was wearing two different colored shoes when I tried on. The yellowing one is apparently used for display or sth for its pink part on the back and top white part are obviously dirtier than the other one. This made me very sick bcuz I'm not paying for an old shoe anyway. Gonna return it and see what happens.
I bought an expensive Dolce & Gabanna leather jacket for US$1540, after less than three weeks the price went down to US$960. They refused my return because it passed the grace period although I told them I will buy again at US$960. I'm their so called 'Superstar' customer and I'm treated like this. They will soon lose all their loyal customers. There are so many online websites available with better customers service to choose from. I will in future buy current season goods from other websites than buying cheap goods at off seasons(at least 2 and more seasons behind)from Yoox.
I ordered a pair of Dr Martens on Thursday and got it today on Monday. I live inin Holland and it had to come from Italy so very quick delivery with UPS.
Also the packaging was excellent and of course I'm very happy with the product, excellent webshop and I'll surely order more from here in the future.
I love the site, but the representative known as "KATE" is a rude, horrible person and should be fired! She is nasty, rude, disrespectful!
It took me years of YOOX shopping to figure out what the heck their crazy system is. Yes, the descriptions are woefully lacking, and I'd much prefer that they allowed customers to leave reviews on items until they're completely out of stock, but the thing that's made me stick with the site is the fact that I've figured out how to end up with goods that were made in Italy or other parts of Europe, from shoes to clothes and bags. They don't always have the lowest price, but they do always have unique European pieces that you're never going to find at American department stores (they also sell plenty of stuff made in China, so it's not all high-end). If you like shopping through a site that has a high amount of stock for all of the merchandise being sold, that has a lot of photos of the items from every angle, that allows customer reviews, and that doesn't deal in a lot of past-season pieces, then YOOX probably isn't for you. But if you like to hunt down distinctive pieces that you're not going to see on anyone else in your town, YOOX is definitely for you. I've never had customer service or shipping issues in the several years I've been a customer, even when one of my shipments came all the way from Italy.
Three years purchasing great designer items at this amazing website. No issues with refunds or returns, always very easy! While I believe some customers may have had some bad experiences with customer service (happens in every large company!) don't believe their products are fake, if you do a simple google search, you will find news stories about this reputable company and if it wasn't, why do you think Net A Porter just bought! Do some research before falling to the hype of a few unhappy customers!
Wanted to purchase an McQ sweatshirt from them, but they simply said that specific item was not shipped internationally. I offered to pay additional and i basically told them to state a price because they were the only website that carried that item in my size. They turned me down flatly without explaining their stance. I am utterly disappointed with this website.
I've bought nine different items in the last three months and have had no problems whatsoever. I returned two items, one was too small and the other was a different color to the description on the website. In both cases the money was returned to my bank account via PayPal so the returns worked great. The other seven items were good value. You can track the orders and returns on ups and yoox websites so there really is nothing to improve. Many people have complained but yoox has to be strict about returns otherwise they would never know the financial position of the company. Also if you make an exception for one person you'd have to make the same exception for everyone. Amazing service considering they are in Italy and I'm in the UK.
Ordered snickers from them, who were fake. Called customer service, which was extremely poor and refused to return. Never buting from them again!
Customer service is terrible. Return policy sucks. Shipping is too expensive and none refundable, selections are limited and not all sizes, quality of most items are horrible.

I had terrible experience. The item they sent to me is being wore before ( with makeup and water mark, wear zip) and refuse to exchange for me. I hope Moncler replace its service soon.
Bought 5 items from them. One of the item is on clearance and was marked "no return".
However, the product was a total wrinkled mess when I received them. I called up customer service and request to return the product, since I am buying a clearance "new product", not something out of a second hand shop. (honestly, the product is worse than stuff I've seen in thrifty shop...) The customer service staff just cite company policy and refuse to grant return even with the condition of the product. Anyhow, they just lost many customers including myself, my sisters and many other people that I am going share my experience with.
Still waiting for a refund after 6 weeks. Contacted customer service via email and no reply. Phones customer service and believe you me she was a rude cow. Will not buy from this site again, be careful

I wish that I had read the reviews prior to placing my order. This company sounds like it is dishonest in its business practices. I am suppose to receive two Dsquard2 brooches on tomorrow, but I shudder to think what is actually going to be delivered if anything at all. I will definitely post a review as to the out come.

Answer: Hadeel, I've been a customer close to 20 years. The past 10 years I've been purchasing from YOOX designers for between £5-10K annually. The past three years I've been sent items that was fake. I don't trust them anymore. I won't buy any expensive designer items from them anymore. There are plenty of professional companies out there on the web that won't cheat.
Answer: I have been with them for 3 and a half years now and I have never received fake items from them. Also they offer quite generous return policy, so you could buy a returnable item and examine it, and return it to them if you think it's a fake. Very simple. Usually the companies which sell fakes don't offer such a generous return policy.
Answer: I placed an order with YOOX on March 6,2025 (Order #0603Y8D9E25129) for €1252, delivered via UPS locker. The locker code did not work, so I couldn’t collect my package. UPS investigated and confirmed the parcel was lost on April 9, but YOOX repeatedly denied receiving the investigation result and refused to refund me. Despite multiple requests and UPS confirmations sent to YOOX, customer service ignores my refund requests. It’s now May 28, and I still have no money back. This is unacceptable poor service and lack of accountability. Beware if you order from YOOX — they may fail to refund lost parcels and give conflicting information.
