I had bought several bags from them only to return due to the poor condition. When it says "Gently used", it was well worn and something I wouldn't call general wear and tear. I have stopped buying from them after several disappointments.

I didnt realize that they refuse to pay to return an item. I had to pay $60 in shipping to return an item that barely came out of the box. Fashionphile and bluefly have free return shipping. Ill be using them in the future not yoogis

Tried selling back my purse and I am from Canada. I didnt know that their prepaid label is only for US clients. I was not offered other ways to track it and UPS is the WORST when it comes to claims.

I am truly appalled by the buying teams' customer servicing skills and lack of respect for their customers time and money. I submitted a listing for an Hermés Birkin that I was looking to sell to them. While I was 100% honest and transparent of every aspect regarding my handbag for them which I did not receive the same courtesy in return. Following, them sending a quote for my handbag, I decided to ship it to them via next day air. Which was nearly $300+. I was the only one frequently checking in to make sure that my package had arrived and I was also told that the buying team would reach out to me if they needed more info. Long Story Short they declined the quote that they originally gave me due to an aspect of the bag that was described to them in my listing prior to me sending my handbag after their ignorant and unprofessional mistake and offered to send back my item via ground shipping which would take 3-5 business days to get back to me simply because they clearly did not READ, and or COMPREHEND my description in the listing. They never clearly gave me a reason for the decline of my item but stated that my bag "was authentic". Pure stupidity at its finest. I will no longer support nor speak highly or this company due to my un-called for, money wasting experience.

Yoogis Closet is known by luxury brand lovers as the best re-seller out there. I have sold my bags to them (they always give me a fair price) and I've purchased several items. I've also purchased directly from brand stores, so I know I'm getting the real deal at Yoogis. Very good at taking returns. Extremely pleasant to work with. Many luxury re-sellers don't even take returns! I trust Yoogis completely.
I have sold and purchased several bags from Yoogi's Closet. My experience with both was excellent! I have purchased pre loved from other sites that were a disaster! I have always purchased bags brand new in the past, which I am happy to say that I will never do again. Customer service is first rate. The bags were in better condition than the description. I have only purchased "like new", or "gently used".

Yoogiscloset is my new favorite way to buy a Channel purse without paying full retail. No, it is not brand new but it is authentic and just barely used. I also found I can sell my old purses to the site and get a reasonable about of money and it is much better than just going on ebay and dealing with all of the crazies on that site. You have to check this site frequently though because I swear the inventory changes almost every hour.
I made the mistake of testing out a different online designer consignment store and paid a high price for that bad decision I would recommend Yoogi's closet to anyone considering pre owned purchases of designer handbags I have never had a problem returning any item I wasn't 100% happy with By far the best online designer site
I absolutely love Yoogi's Closet. I have purchased multiple purses from them, and a pair of Louis Vuitton shoes that were in brand new (never worn) condition. All of the purses I purchased were in excellent shape and were exactly as described. I like the fact that there is no shipping charge on orders, and that orders ship so quickly. I have never had to return an item, but I like the fact that you can return purses should they not work out (a must for purchasing any expensive item).
I purchased a David Yurman necklace; when received, one link of the chain was broken. They offered a return option, or taking an amount off the item so that I could have it locally repaired--I chose the latter. They honored what I requested for a refund, which was very fair. The item was otherwise beautiful and just what I had expected. Their communication was very quick, as well.
I recently sold my chanel bag on yoogies closet and let me tell you i reached other consignment stores and their prices were a joke compared to what yoogies closet gave me for my handbag, over all i got my quote exactly in 48 hours like they said unlike other places where i had to wait 5 days to get a simple quote, i definitely recommend for selling your items
I ordered the papillon 26 my dream bag. And I have to be honest it's a pretty dam good bag. The zipper is tarnishing. The straps have patina on the handles. Few marks in the inside. But the overall body is excellent! I was going to send it back at first but I fell in love with it. The thing is the papillon is a vintage piece not even carried in the stores anymore. I don't understand y. That's the best piece he ever made in my eyes. So I looked at it like this. Be proud of it the ware on it shows itself in a vintage way nothing purposely done do her. It's just the way she's aging. And when my heart felt that I knew she was staying! Thanks yoogie for making my dreams come true! I love her.

I just bought a pair of gorgeous Miu Miu heels for about 60% off the original price. They arrived quickly (even though I only chose standard shipping), and in gorgeous like new condition. This online consignment dealer buys designer products from people, authenticates it, professionally cleans the products, and then sells them online. These shoes were labeled as gently used, but came in new condition. I'm so excited about this website, I'm pretty sure it will be the only one I will buy from and be totally confident I am getting an authentic product and it will arrive in the condition it was described (or better!). Several months ago, I bought a 35cm Red Kelly Bag and must share my experience. Having purchased my three other Kellys and 2 Birkins all from Hermes directly when you could get bags if they liked you. I'm serious about that comment. A rapport had to be built. I have been a fan of Yoogie's closet until today. I just within the last 6 months purchased 2 bags for 3K. I purchased Chanel shoes which went to the wrong place and took forever to get I asked if they were returnable, before i purchased. Even when they said that the shipment went to another customer. I said I hope they fit after all of this. Well they came I loved them, but I kept trying to make sure they actually were comfortable and they were just a little too small. So, I thought I better return them. It took again forever for them to get them back. I just received my refund less 44.00 for a restocking fee. You're kidding me, right. How in God's name am I going to know if shoes fit without trying them on. They say a 30 day return 100% refund. I am so dissapointed with their customer service. I would no longer recommend them. What if I decided to return my 2K handbag. I would be out 300 dollars. They need to update their policy if this is what it is, because I had no idea. Poor customer service.
Update after contacting them they explained that 2 years ago I had returned too much and they implemented a 15% restocking fee on my account. I never saw it. But, they refunded me because apparently they relooked at my account and have noticed I have purchased and kept everything but this one item. I still think that they should have made sure I knew every time I purchased something if I returned it, a restocking fee would be implemented.

Answer: Where are you located? For what its worth, theyre in Washington State. I bought my bag on Monday & had it in 3 days... that said, Im also nearby (a couple states away) so UPS Ground was quick. If youre across the country or something, itll take longer. That said, you should have a received a tracking number. I would call them ASAP, especially if youre not shipping outside of the country. Theyre prompt with shipping & their replies in my experience.

Answer: Yes, you can return it if it doesn't fit. You have 30 days to do so. Just make sure you don't remove any of Yoogi's Closet tags! (this is one way they make sure that their authentic products stay that way if they're returned). I'm not sure if they will return your money and then you have to buy something new, or if you can just ask for a credit. Usually they don't have more than one of the same size or style (because they are consignment), but I trust their business 100% to make sure that they are selling only authentic merchandise.
