I didnt realize that they refuse to pay to return an item. I had to pay $60 in shipping to return an item that barely came out of the box. Fashionphile and bluefly have free return shipping. Ill be using them in the future not yoogis

While we do offer free shipment of your order to you via UPS standard ground mail, we do ask that our client's be responsible for return shipment costs. Our website states, "Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping expense. Ship your item using either UPS or FedEx with sufficient insurance to cover the value of the returned item."
