I bought 6 items from them (for more than 100 euros): the order was split in two and the first part (4 items) never arrived because their logistics provider stated that "there was no name on the doorbell or postbox". The proof that this statement was utterly false (there is a name, big and clear, so much so that I regularly receive deliveries from Amazon) is that the second part of the order (2 items only) was regularly delivered 10 days ago.
They insist I should get in touch with the logistics provider in my country, which I did on the phone: they said the delivery option chosen by the seller is the cheapest, and doesn't include reshipment.
As the items quality is really terrible (they stink of mould, are made of rubbish materials and are all misshapen) I keep asking for a refund and Yivette keep replying the delivery company had provided a "valid comment" and sending me copy-and-paste messages.
Utterly disrespectful, plain cheats.
They should be taken off the business.

Decent items for inexpensive price. Sizing runs small. Quality is cheap but fine if you only want to wear it once or twice.

However the items are shipped from China and can take a very long time to receive. Tracking is not clear during shipping process so a customer can wonder if they will ever arrive. Sometimes they do; other times they don't. It is a gamble.

My first order was received in several different batches. All took about 6-8 weeks to arrive. I did not bother paying to return any items that didn't fit. Cost of shipping was more than I had paid.

Second order went to the wrong country (NOT due to an error on my end). Then got hung up in that country's customs. We were unable to get it on to the correct country without the sellers assistance. We asked for their help several times in correcting the address but they avoided responsibility and eventually the customs deadline ran out. (Which meant items are either shipped back to seller or destroyed) They refused to refund because they claimed they shipped so it wasn't their fault it got held up in customs. I lost several hundred euros and a lot of time.

I do not recommend this company. When it came down to it they took the money quickly, acted slowly in sending items, then avoided responsibility in shipping issues which were ultimately their mistake.

Items do not match the photos and descriptions and are of very poor quality.
Probably a drop shipping site from China, it is currently impossible to return the items to China because of COVID and Yivette's so-called customer service does not offer a solution to return the packages and therefore get a refund.
This website is clearly a scam! The 5-star review are fake like this website, I don't understand how is it possible to get a score of 4.45 with such a scam?

Ordered in early December, 6 items totalling 90 Euros. So they pretend they are out of stock of 1 item and ship the other 5. That package has never arrived and their tracking system is a joke. However, the second out of stock item, which was despatched 3 days later, arrived fine, though my girlfriend put it straight into the bin, the quality was so bad! They are claiming that I didn't give them a correct address... strange when THEY split the delivery, and one item arrived, but the rest haven't? No refund, no re-sending of the items, hide behind an accommodation address in Essex UK (can see it on Google Earth). It's time for me to order my credit card company to do a chargeback.DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, THIS IS A SCAM.

I bought 3 dresses from an online store called Yivette.com that appeared to be Spanish and operates in Spain. The dresses I received were very shoddy copies that bore little resemblance to their marketing materials.
When I insisted on returning them for a refund, Yivette told me I'd have to return the dresses to China at my own expense, which I did.
They claim never to have received my return (which I suspect is a lie). I plan to report them to the police and I have told them this. They have given me 50% refund on the cost of the dresses but I am still €54 out of pocket.
This company is wholly fraudulent from pretending to be a company operating in Spain or UK, to the poor and fraudulent quality of the products, and lack of consumer accountability. Do yourself a favour and avoid Yivette!

The clothes are imitated scrap! The jewelry is only wearable once, then dark! Return to China at your own expense within 30 days. However, my things only gradually arrived within 4 months! Please keep your fingers crossed from this Chinese outrage! The dresses all look like nightgowns.

Customer service terrible, first time I ordered from this firm, took for ever to arrive and when it did the quality is terrible. Never again

Clothes look much better online than in person. Sizes are too big. Leather boots are not leather! Fabrics are thin and super cheap and don't look anything like the pictures. Will never order again!

I bought hundreds of dollars of high quality clothing here and paid a fifth of what they charged me in a mall. Customer service is good, responsive and helpful. Always great things, always a happy experience. I have been able to track every order and delivery has never failed, so far anyway, I have over a dozen items on the way and I am sure I will be as satisfied with them as before.

I ordered a pair of sandals many days ago. On the web (in which, despite what they say, it is impossible to track the product) it says that they were sent more than 6 days ago but they have not been delivered yet. I have sent 3 emails asking about the status of the purchase, by the only way available (web form) and they always answer the same thing: standard emails that have nothing to do with my specific question. IT IS A SCAM. A FRAUD. So you can see that my complaint is real here is my purchase order number: TZAK6N*******.

Although I just ordered my clothes (almost 8), the information provided on the website is very good. It tells you the bust size, length, waist and thigh size, it is very concise with the measurements. It also provides feedback and leaves positive and negative feedback to help you know what you are buying.
It also provides a follow-up that I'm very happy about

I have been using this boutique for several months and I must say that it is one of the best online clothing stores. I really love how it evolved and now it has such an extensive range of clothing, from cheap and cheerful to high end. I have found that ordering from them is very simple, the return process has been greatly improved. It used to take a long time to hear news about returns, but this has been rectified. Very happy and satisfied customer!

I have placed an order on 1st May which have not arrived and through my email communication I get sent the same reply of an order which seems to have been shipped from China and has been at the ´Plan Depart Airport´, from 28th May.

I am very dissatisfied and if the order ever arrives, I will never be using their service again. Hoping this is not a scam!

They delivered an incomplete order of shoddy clothing with stains, nothing like advertised. Trying to organise a return of goods for a refund is just about impossible. Every e mail is replied to with the same standard reply, no customer service at all. Ignore any good reviews, I believe all the good reviews are as fake as their goods.

I ordered clothes in April.
The package never arrived but was returned to Yivette as I have the tracking details and could confirm they had received it.
Its August and I'm still waiting for my refund of £100.
They send a generic reply to my enquiries. They have offered no solution despite the fact they cannot locate the package which they confirm is in their warehouse.
Not only did they attempt to charge me for items that were not on stock they insist on messaging me in Spanish!
I believe this company is a scam and should be investigated however no matter how much info I try to find about them, its impossible. Everything is well hidden. Very suspicious.
Some watchdog or consumer protection agency should be on this case. I've read many, many comments from equally disgruntled and angry customers.
Don't buy from Yivette.

You should read the opinions from customers to see what are the real opinion of consumers from this supplier. Terrible quality, longggggggg delivery time, clothes don´t fit sith its sizes, etc...

Never received my items. And even if they say you can track your order... it's not true! Thieves! Don't buy! After 3 months I still didn't got my order and I think I will never get it!

I ordered five items of clothing from Yivette in November 2019. Three arrived (of dubious quality). I paid 95.79 euros. Two never did arrive over a year later.

Don't buy on yivette.com. It's a scam and their business model is based on low quality plagiarism and you should disregard the shipping costs to China. They should be fined in the EU.

I bought pants, shirts and a sweater.
I was stunned at the quality. They do a great job making the pictures look nice.
The linen pants are NOT LINEN.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
They also have a 7 day return policy so you better be fast.

I use this website a lot, I like being able to go online at any time and find a great variety of good quality clothes with a great variety of sizes. Delivery is super fast, and getting things back is a snap, with a promptly processed refund or replacement. It's a convenient way for me to shop since I don't live in a main hub, I love getting the new catalogs and sitting with a cup of coffee, shopping with my feet up!

The dress I bought here is perfect for me. I wanted another like it but in a different color. However, I was concerned that it might run out. I contacted the team of this boutique via email and a very dear woman answered me, she was very helpful. She checked and helped me make sure I got the dress I wanted the color I expected. Excellent client service!
