I ordered a pair of sandals many days ago. On the web (in which, despite what they say, it is impossible to track the product) it says that they were sent more than 6 days ago but they have not been delivered yet. I have sent 3 emails asking about the status of the purchase, by the only way available (web form) and they always answer the same thing: standard emails that have nothing to do with my specific question. IT IS A SCAM. A FRAUD. So you can see that my complaint is real here is my purchase order number: TZAK6N*******.
