I bought 6 items from them (for more than 100 euros): the order was split in two and the first part (4 items) never arrived because their logistics provider stated that "there was no name on the doorbell or postbox". The proof that this statement was utterly false (there is a name, big and clear, so much so that I regularly receive deliveries from Amazon) is that the second part of the order (2 items only) was regularly delivered 10 days ago.
They insist I should get in touch with the logistics provider in my country, which I did on the phone: they said the delivery option chosen by the seller is the cheapest, and doesn't include reshipment.
As the items quality is really terrible (they stink of mould, are made of rubbish materials and are all misshapen) I keep asking for a refund and Yivette keep replying the delivery company had provided a "valid comment" and sending me copy-and-paste messages.
Utterly disrespectful, plain cheats.
They should be taken off the business.
