I have placed an order on 1st May which have not arrived and through my email communication I get sent the same reply of an order which seems to have been shipped from China and has been at the ´Plan Depart Airport´, from 28th May.

I am very dissatisfied and if the order ever arrives, I will never be using their service again. Hoping this is not a scam!

Never received my items. And even if they say you can track your order... it's not true! Thieves! Don't buy! After 3 months I still didn't got my order and I think I will never get it!

Don't buy on yivette.com. It's a scam and their business model is based on low quality plagiarism and you should disregard the shipping costs to China. They should be fined in the EU.

Customer service terrible, first time I ordered from this firm, took for ever to arrive and when it did the quality is terrible. Never again
