I ordered the Timeless Vitamin C serum and it took 3 weeks to arrive, nearly a month. By the time it reached me it had started to oxidise - bearing in mind Vitamin C is notoriously unstable and has a shelf life of 3 months before it fully oxidises. The manufacturing date of the serum was 24 June 2021. I ordered it on 20 August, so it was not even fresh and already 2 months old before they even shipped it. Add on another 3 weeks of shipping time and you can do the maths how much time is left before it oxidises.
When I requested a refund, they said yellowing does not mean it has started to oxidise. However, if you look at the Timeless website it specifically shows a photo of what the serum should look like - a clear milky colour. And yellowing means it is oxidising. I am educated about skincare and buy a lot of skincare. I dislike being fobbed off and told that yellowing does not mean it is oxidising when it actually is. For other Vitamin C serums that may apply if it has a lot of ferulic, but the Timeless Vitamin C serum is supposed to be clear. The customer advisor on Yesstyle needs to do their research.
In an honestyforyourskin article, it shows 4 stages of oxidisation. What I received is at stage 3, almost 4. Practically useless in efficacy. In the article, this happened to a customer who received a stage 3 colour serum and Timeless refunded them and resent another. The principle of the matter is, I paid good money for a fresh item vital to the efficacy of Vitamin C, not a partially stage 3 oxidising item on receipt that has limited shelf life left. If you are looking to purchase this shop elsewhere instead.
Cute clothes but they are a bit pricey and don't suit curvy body types. I returned most of the clothes I ordered but the label they emailed me wouldn't work at fed ex or usps so I had to pay $22 for shipping to return the items. They basically got a a free $30 out of me.
The material is very cheap and not worth the price. The real kicker is that I bought a shirt and pants, but the pants haven't even come in and I haven't gotten an email back. I don't know where it is now. Greatly disappointed with no refund possibly either.
I finally found an online store that offer lots of mock long sleeve shirts. Wide array of choices, some a little bit pricey though. Free express shipping and an additional 10% discount is rad!
I ordered a package a couple months ago and when i received it there were a few items that didn't fit that i wanted to return. In the return policy it says that they will not give refunds, but they will give you store credit. I followed all the return instructions and sent the package to the address they had provided. About a month later i looked at my credit value on the website and it said i currently do not have any credit. I emailed them about the issue and they took a long time to respond and when they finally did, they said they had not yet received the return package, which was frustrating to hear because i had gotten the confirmation from fedex that the package had been delivered. When i emailed them about the fact that it had in fact been delivered, they claimed we sent it to the wrong address although we followed to return instructions and sent it to the return address they provided. We are still emailing back and forth with them and it is very frustrating. So i do not have any credit and my money went down the drain because of yesstyle. DO NOT buy from this company.
This company is the worst! My package is after 6th weeks nowhere to find. Customer Service does nothing to help!

Two days I was trying to pay with Sofort (about 50 attempts) I always saw a misstake. At the end I paid with MasterCard without any problem.
This is the best store to get anything from clothing to skincare and makeup from Korea, Japan, Taiwan, and other Asia beauty. Very competitive prices, and you can earn points from doing honest reviews. In addition they have Influencer programs where you can choose a product each month at no cost (except shipping) and once approved you earn commission on any purchases made using your unique link/code. The only complaint (or would've been 5 stars) is shipping costs and time. For US expedited shipping it's $19! You'll receive your order in approximately 2 weeks or less. $9 regular shipping but takes at least 1 month. Used to be $5. So not sure I'll continue as an influencer for them.

On my second order, they did not include the promotional item, even though I paid for the qualifying item and it was listed on the invoice. After several days of emails, which included the suggestions of "try looking in the box again" and "did the package have a hole in it", they finally told me to buy from them again and maybe they would send it next time. So I emailed legal and requested my account be deleted, got a similar run around, and now months later I'm still getting random emails from them but they claim that "deletion can take several months".
It was my first experience with this site. I took risks and won. I have just received the ordered product!
My shipment date is 17 April afternoon, but the tracking number is always not available. After servals mails with their customer service, they are always apologize and make me waiting...
But there are already 9 days after shipment, how long should I wait more for knowing my tracking number? Is that so difficult to get this number?

The shipping is fast within two weeks to the U.S. I had to rely on reviews a lot. I have purchased cute clothes from them more than 4 times. Nice quality but pricey. I said this because I found out that these online clothes sites like Ali and Yesstyle use the same model pictures. And Yesstyle is more expensive.
Ordered bunches of products in end Jan based on their beautiful pictures. Kept checking with they on delivery status, finally in end Feb, said some styles are out of stocks. Finally received the package, all are poorly made junk, nothing like the pictures showed on their site. Nothing! From material to colors to styles. Needed to spent $60 on shipping to return back the junk to their warehouse in Oregon the next day. USPS tracking said package arrived and was signed by their agent. Followed up on a few hundreds refund today, said they had never received the package.
Another Chinese site steal pictures from other sites, take forever to send out poor quality products and suck out $60 more on shipping for return. I should have known better
One more note, received email about data breach issue from this site, said my password and info are compromised. Ridiculous
Do Not buy from YesStyle.

The shipping is as expensive or pricier than the items you purchase (almost 20$). They make the items look bigger then they actually are. They put items on sell that they do not even have on stock and wait 1 month before telling you that you have to wait for an indefinite amount of time for it.
In my latest experience, I bought 2 items to use a 15$ coupon, but the main item I truly wanted was not available, so when I cancelled the delayed item, Yesstyle did not offer a cancel button for the other item. I contacted them a. S.a. P to prevent them from shipping the other item. They removed my coupon and rushed to ship the item anyway within 10 hours, to not give me a full refund. They kept my money charging 16$ of shipping for a pair of 4$ glasses. Yesstyle are corrupt. Shop with Alie express!
I got a bunch of clothing from them, one of them was a sweatshirt. The website listed it as 80 % cotton and 20 % polyester. The actual item was not cotton at all, its very cheap material. Plus, it had a missing stitch/ yarn on the front, very obvious. Its a defected item. I contacted this company for return. They said the item was in good condition and its usable, refuse the return unless i paid my shipping cost. When you received a defected item, you had to ship it back at your own cost. I am not return to this site anymore.

Answer: I only use my credit card on Yesstyle and everything has always went smoothly for me! Have been a costumer for a few years now. When it comes to quality of products make sure to check clothing sizes, reviews, and pictures. You can usually tell by pictures and product information if the quality can be lacking or not.
