I recently bought some items including a pair of jeans in the sale, which even after sales was still a lot of money. I paid £10 for shipping, and literally not long after when my order arrived, they offered another sales tactic of: "Free shipping and a further 20% discount." Their sales offers misleads customers into thinking it is the final price and that the free shipping offer has ended, THEN within a day or two they offer another new promotion! Now that wouldn't annoy customers would it?!

When asked if they would refund the difference of the 20% which is £35, they said no. I would have to return the items for a refund and reorder them. Bear in mind I am ordering from abroad. Frankly it makes no sense for a customer to do that - Firstly, for the cost to them of re-shipping it, let alone, environmentally how that impacts the environment of shipping it back and forth abroad, then re-shipping it again for no reason, just for the sake of the difference of £35.

Revolve have a no fuss policy of refunding the difference, and match pricing, even when items are further reduced on their site or others. They don't chop and change their free shipping and discounts a few days later, which inevitably annoys customers. The packing is excellent but the lack of goodwill and sales tactics has left me wanting to shop elsewhere instead.
I am angered and gobsmacked with the diabolical service of this company. The curling tongs I received were faulty with marks all over the surface. I sent them pics as proof and was told to return it for a refund or have a partial discount. I wanted a refund and sent the item back. However they refused to refund me saying the tags were removed when there were actually NO tags attached in the first place! And that the outer packaging had been damaged when actually I had packed the box with the bubblewrap and plastic bag it came in. They returned the item back to me and refused to refund me. When I received it, it was not in the condition I had returned it. It wasn't perfect when I received the box as it was dented in transit because the bubblewrap they provided was so flimsy in the first place. Clearly it was further damaged in transit back and/or handled roughly on inspection. It is outrageous to sell a faulty item to a customer, pack it badly and then blame them, LYING saying tags were removed and they had damaged the outer packaging and then refuse to refund them! They should have packed it in cardboard box like Amazon does. Anyone knows cardboard boxes wrapped in flimsy bubblewrap will be dented in transit. PLEASE shop elsewhere because they will rip you off with this tactic when they badly pack the goods in the first place. It is the worst service I have ever experienced. I buy a lot of beauty related products and shop online a lot and never have I had this issue with any other company. Don't risk it, buy from a reputable established company instead.
