Shipping times for me is always good and i get to know exactly when my parcel will arrive. Very reliable and easy to navigate the website too.

First of all, takes forever to load pages, I guess due to huge files with cluttered photos, photos can not magnify photos to see the details and photos are so irrelevant to product being advertise, too many zoomed out poses ( like the model is doing a photo shoot on a blog instead of the emphasis on the item) and not enough close up. Not enough descriptions of item. Material or fabric composition is unclear or misleading. Takes too long tp delete items and hard to narrow down search and refine selection. Payment process is frustrating as well. Over all a very unpleasant experience.

This site is a joke! The first time I have ordered from them (2 items), one of the items took over 4 weeks to be sourced and in the end they had to cancel it. Second item arrived but for a £20 blouse, the quality is crap and i didn't hesitate to return it straightaway. And of course they do not provide refund of money so i had to use my credits to buy another item. I chose a lipstick as their clothes quality are rubbish but guess what just received an email saying "this item is difficult to source and there is not definite waiting time!". Which means i could have to wait forever. They should only be selling things they have in stock! Thieves!

I have ordered from Yesstyle for about 3 years and the only delay besides the current one was during COVID-19. I know some items can be hit or miss but I trusted the process. To my demise yesstyle has really been going downhill. I used to like it because of the skincare and clothing, but seeing as how nothing has been getting better I will be moving on. I've always come back to order from here and the quality has always been the best. The price is quite high but you get what you pay for seeing that you can't get clothing like this anywhere else.

I've bought multiple times on this site. The product descriptions and photos have turn out to be quite fitting as of now. There are different level of quality in their products. Chinese products tends to be cheaper, but they usually also are of a lower quality. You also have to be aware of the equivalent size chart for each items (for example, a Chinese XL is usually equivalent to a US M or S). Most of the items I bought were from Korea and the quality was good as I expected. Their prices are usually comparable to other distributors (like Amazon for example). They ship according to their shipping status (24 hrs, 7-14 days, etc). I had problem with a defective item once and they quickly provided me with a solution that satisfied me. I really enjoy buying from them.

Although the products on this site can be a hit or a miss, and the quality tends to vary quite a bit, if you shop smart you can get some of your soon to be favorite pieces here. I recommend focusing on products with customer reviews that you can reference for quality, sizing information, color accuracy, etc. Nonetheless, a really fun site to peruse. Returns are a hassle however, and they are not free nor do you get your money back in the format you payed with (you get Yes Style Credit) so beware.

I don't usually buy clothes off here, so I mostly have good experiences with the beauty products bought off of here. The only bad things that happened are when I order suspiciously cheap wrist/pocket watches because the watches either stop working after a month or arrive and don't work. Back to the beauty products though, I love the Wonder Pore that I ordered! Just be wary about what you buy. Don't really believe in the sales either because they keep the prices the same and try to say that they marked it down a lot.

Most pictures look much nicer than the products, especially if it's really cheap. I can't expect to look like the model and if it's 5$ for a dress it probably will not look that great, but there is also chance it will be fine so if you're willing to take a chance just be prepared. Also, reviews are helpful but make sure to scroll to the bottom to read the low-ratings too. Overall not bad, same as any other online shopping experience.

They take a month to deliver the products. 2 of the items send to me were much smaller than advertised and the sizing guide. I now have to send back the products at my own cost- 22$. The customer service was less than helpful. They did not make the return process easy at all - when asked about this - they treat you poorly, asking me to prove the size is too small. Even if i return this at my own cost - their dodgy policy does not refund the money - but only provides credits to their store.
Honestly a waste of time and money. Shop somewhere else

YesStyle carries amazing asian beauty products and fashion. Most of the clothes I receive from here are exactly like how I expect, except there are a select few items that are different than I thought. Overall, this is a great site to buy beauty products that aren't as easily accessible. One of my orders with order number: *******, was my largest purchase of YesStyle and all the clothes came in very good quality! It came faster than I thought as well.

Although my order is still processing, I would like to say this website is wonderful! It provides me a chance to purchase Asian clothing even though I moved to America from Hong Kong. I am glad that I can get Asian clothing so easily and convenient through yesstyle.com. The price is reasonable and the style is fabulous. It provides a wide variety of choices of different clothing. I purchased 2 cute shirts and 1 fashionable belt this time. Hope they fit me!
