Scrolling through yesstyle.com surprised my eyes. Not only were the products affordable, but they were also cute the only part is the shipping is very slow and returning the products cost lots of shipping fees (USA). When shopping at yesstyle.com always check for reviews and ratings about each product before purchase!

If you order an item that ships in 24 hours and another than ships in 20 days they will delay the whole order. Look at the attached picture!
They are super slow for shipping. I had to make a gift and they have spoiled everything. Their customer service replies are evil and unhelpful. They don't do refund and they don't even do order cancellation that is illegal for consumers' law in Europe! That don't even remove an item from the order. The service is so bad they cannot split orders. What does it cost them to make two parcels. Amazon does that, everyone does that! I am so depressed because of them. They are the worst thing in this world. I feel I have been scammed to the limit I want to scream in their faces. Stay away. Go on other websites please. Please! Stay away forever from YesStyle.com they don't deserve customers, deserve only to fall!
I paid the $20 extra for rush fees 3-5 business days but it took 5 days just for the order to be placed which I didn't know! So it's actually 10 days before you will get your order! Maybe I'm still waiting. So I had to go buy a new dress at the store because I needed this by the 6th day. So I emailed them to cancel rush delivery and right after they sent an email that they just shipped it right then and couldn't change it! So don't pay rush delivery it will not get there in time!
I used to buy stuff here but stopped because some articles were of such bad quality and I also want to stop supporting fast fashion brands starting this year!
But also their customer service has always been horrible! Especially if you're from Europe it's nearly impossible to send something back. They do not give you proper instructions on how to return stuff and also with a tracking number it costs around 40-50€ to send it back.

Ordering from here is a definite waste of money. They send you terrible quality clothing. The clothes are overpriced for no reason. They even have better quality clothing on SHEIN. There are better alternatives, not worth spending your money. Everything is poorly priced and made.
I selected all items that mentioned "in stock ready for ship" but have not received after 3 weeks since March 3rd, 2022. The USPS shipping tracking number was created and provided but the items have not been sent yet. I sent an email to customer service and they still used COVID-19 pandemic as an excuse.
It's my first time shopping with this site as I learnt about it thru some YouTubers I follow. On the site, the items appear promising, ie pictures look great. But the actual products look cheap. I mean, understandably the price is cheap for some items like rings and stuff but I was really disappointed at a T shirt I got where the stitching was really badly done. I am now waiting to get a refund. A word of caution to those attracted to the low prices on this site: pictures don't always guarantee you the real thing. It's luck i guess.

Their return policy is ridiculous.
Refunds are only in the form of store credit but won't give your money back even if the product is out of stock after you have ordered & paid for it.
So basically they tie up your money.
I asked them to refund back to my card or I will have no choice but report to the consumer council. That's when they agreed to refund to my card but guess what they said, "we regret that we are unable to process any of your future orders/provide further service". How absurd. Cannot believe it's actually from Hong Kong.
Seriously I don't get how they have so many positive reviews.
Do yourself a favour and go for a store that will actually give you your money back.
This is a terrible place to order clothes. The clothes are bad quality (two pants did not have button holes for example) and their return policy is too restrictive. A huge waste of money.
I paid $45 for item/tax/shipping then FINALLY received it, but don't like the quality. ALL returns are ONLY store credit. I went online and got an RMA label, and paid $10 to mail it back.
After waiting a few weeks, I contacted them for my store credit. They said they never received the item, and that I needed to provide them with the tracking number before they would assist me. I couldn't find the receipt. Both Ann G then Joshua C told me in their very polite language to go f. Ck off.
THIS IS FRAUD! Their return policy doesn't state that the customer is responsible for providing a tracking number.
So now I've paid $55 for a cheap item that I don't even have and was basically told to "f. Ck off" when I inquired about the credit.

I have been shopping with YesStyle for years. I live in the US and they ship from Korea. Not ONCE has there been a missing/wrong item in any of my orders! Even the samples they say they will send are always correct (more than I can say for Sephora, Ulta, and pretty much every other company, LOL). The prices are VERY inexpensive compared to buying the same products from US based companies and the shipping is super fast! Even in the height of 2020 Corona the packages arrived in 7 to 10 days and not a second later!
I used to buy from YesStyle since 2 years ago, but recently, their quality has gone down so much-- the new clothes I received were pilling and super thin and see through. It is honestly such a hit or miss. I also returned something, but YesStyle claims they haven't received it and won't refund me so I am at a loss of $70. I have told all my friends to never buy from Yesstyle and I would personally never buy from this company ever again. It is such a waste of time and energy, and it is such a scam honestly- quality and customer service both suck so much.
I order two pairs of jeans of there and I never got an email about it so I cancelled my order they were quick to cancel but then when I email about when will my money be back in my account they haven't replied they've been ignoring my emails

This is my First time experience. It was not good. Checking out took a long time. Coupon code did not work.
Oh! You mean FRIDA KAHLO, the infamous Mexican Painter? THE ICON? NO, thats not a watermark on the pics, we just totally misspelled the name but are not going to admit it. We produced 200 million of these and we are going to sell the misspelled bags anyway! What you see, is what you get. Here is a return label to send back at YOUR COST.

Seriously, this is the last time I paid for YesStyle because the customer service is UNPROFESSIONAL!
Be prepared to wait a long time for your order to ship for no reason. Placed an order on 11/11 all items were available to ship, nothing was back ordered or out of stock. However, as of today 11/25 my order has not shipped. This is not an isolated event, since the same exact thing happened with the previous two orders I placed with them. I am not saying you wont get your order, I am saying it wont arrive until probably a month later if you are in the states and these delays occurrences are way before the Black Friday craziness, imagine afterwards, most likely you will get your order in January after the holidays.
It is not until your email them inquiring about the order that they decide to ship and even after that, their email clearly state that "the order is being process and it will be shipped within 3 to 5 days". (Because obviously the previous 15 days wasn't a long enough wait). Every single time, every single order, there is always an excuse with these people and they don't even apologize for the delay.

Answer: I only use my credit card on Yesstyle and everything has always went smoothly for me! Have been a costumer for a few years now. When it comes to quality of products make sure to check clothing sizes, reviews, and pictures. You can usually tell by pictures and product information if the quality can be lacking or not.
