Takes ages for shipments to be delivered in HK. You wait and wait and then they come back saying an item cannot be sent, etc. etc. Delaying the shipment even further.
Another thing is the sizes, they are often incorrect, so you end up with clothes that don't fit or are a couple of sizes smaller... their prices are not so great either... similar or same products are found at other sites for less... though they have a wide choice of items, they seem to be operating quite badly.
Took a month to tell me 1 of only 2 items are not available and say here's credit. I flipped out. Then never gave any discount for your troubles and shipped out the item so late. NEVER! AGAIN! THEY ARE THE WORST SERVICES EVER.
There was lots to choose from and great prices! I am interested in Japanese and Korean skincare but they are not easily accessible where I live so YesStyle is a great option for me. The only con was some of my items would not ship for 21 days delaying my whole order.
I have placed my LAST order with this company; never again. One item is missing from a recent order and after contacting YesStyle, this is the response I received: "We apologize that you have received the parcel tampered. Please contact customs to identify if the product has been confiscated." Say, what?! I have never contacted customs before and don't even know how to proceed with that. Why are they not the ones investigating? Why is the burden on me? Can't be serious! Was this item missing from other customers' orders? If yes, then you should figure it's due to customs. Unbelievable! Horrible customer service.
Would not buy from this company again. Spent over 300.00 and ended up returning everything. Poor quality. 65.00 to ship back and now I've been told I can only get a store credit. I'm out $365.00 on this store. Good luck trying to get a hold of them too! Do yourself a favor and go to another store that will give you your money back.
But website needs urgent upgrade! After entering the page for one particular item abd click 'return' or 'back arrow' to the previous browsing page, it just fails to get back to your last page but always land randomly on a few pages back, which is so lame and super low tech. This definitely discourages surfers to shop as it is such a bore & a waste of time having to scroll down a few pages in order to reach the last page you have just browsed.
In this age of time, almost all online shopping websites are much more sophisticated, efficient and user-friendly. YesStyle MUST rectify this IT deficiency in order to stay competitive.
YesStyle seems like a great place to buy clothing at first but their site is very misleading and I've experienced nothing but disappointment one after another. I really like their clothes but I've experienced too many problems. They've given me the right product in the wrong size or color and they've also given me a product which appears to be the one I ordered but it's actually not.
And they do not offer ANY compensation whatsoever. You can't even return anything because they never answer their phones and don't address the issue properly. I've been occasionally ordering clothes from them for over 3 years now and I've had a problem 3/4 of the times. If you have lots of money to waste away on products you didn't order then YesStyle is a good place to buy certain clothes.
Thanks to anyone who read all of this because YesStyle never seem to read any of my emails. They just copy and paste the same apology over and over again.
This site have varieties of products from clothing to household to beauty, that's great if you are just window shopping. You don't always gets your item if they can no longer find it from their vendors, even if it's still show available on YES site.
Same item on YES have multiple listings with different pricing because it's different "brand" with the "same" pictures and model. I have some good buy, and bad ones.
Conclusions: Great selection, Super Slow Shipping (for them to search for your products), and be prepared for disappointments.
The clothes are very cute but the materials are terrible. Save a lot of money from this website tho. But be careful when you order something because most of the time it doesn't look like the pictures. I ordered 2 dresses from China, one of them smelled like plastic and the another has stain on it. Customer service is mean and not helpful. I just ordered products from China, haven't tried products from Korea or Japan so I'll keep trying and see if there is any difference.
Just imagine that all the decent to good reviews you ever see about yesstyle is by the 3 people that work there attempting to accumulate good reviews for themselves. That might or might not be exaggerated, however that is my visually aiding description for this site. It has been a month since I ordered, I haven't heard from them as I have tried to contact them via various methods, and still have not received my clothes. Which are probably still sitting in their rolls of fabric where they were born. EVERYONE DON'T DO IT! I know it's so tempting because they look rather appealing over their skinny rail Asian posers, and behind the cheap camera lens but trial version of Photoshop enhancements! If you buy from Yesstyle.com you will be fooled like,... me :(
I shopped at YesStyle after hearing a lot of positive reviews from people I follow on youtube and I was not disappointed by the selection of items. The shipping by weight was intimidating at first glance, but the threshold for free shipping is easy to reach if you're shopping for skincare. I will definitely use this website again when my go-to doesn't have what I'm looking for!
I enjoyed shopping with Yes-style as they have large variety of products, and lots of my favor styles. The shopping service is good especially if I found the product wrong and want to return.
However, there is still not enough style for big size, and often the size and quality came could be quit different from information and photos show on web. That's area need to improve.
The materials are not too bad, the sizes may be a little off. But I do get nice styles sometimes. Depending on my luck they will also fit sometimes. The only thing I don't like is when returning I can only receive yes style credit and credited back into my account.
Good website for purchasing well-known brands such as cosmetic and skin care products. Buying clothing is somewhat risky as it's asian sizing so products come up very small or the quality of the product isn't as expected. Shipping time is normally quite accurate.
I have made several orders with mostly women´s clothing and some shoes and accessories. Some surfing around, you will find trendy items of the moment which tend to be more expensive but definitely worth it, if you have been eyeing a trendy product out in the market.
I love the selections they have and it's very easy to use. I had an actual shop that was open near where I lived but unfortunately it closed. :( But this is my go to store for online shopping. Even though shipping may take awhile it's worth it.
Said the items were ready to ship in 24h, but took a month and a half. They also get rid of the Australia return address, so now if you want to return an item, you have to pay $60-$80 for the shipping fee back to their warehouse in Hongkong. Ridiculous and customer services are no help. MAD! Highly recommended to avoid this website at all cost if you don't want to ruin your day!
I ordered in December and it's now end of February and still no delivery. I have contacted the customer support department and it seems he package is returned to the sender by DHL. So out of 'courtesy' the customer service team has offered to send a new order but I have to pay for all the additional costs. And the other option is to get a refund, minus the shipping costs, in store credit. Store credit! I want my money back and not store credit, as I'm never ordering at Yesstyle again. I have had this situation once before and I've frankly had enough of this. First they make you wait for months, which is okay since it's coming from China and South Korea. But when the package doesn't get delivered because the shipping company is making a mess out of things, they simply make YOU pay! This is outrageous!
Yesstyle makes customers pay for their wrongs instead of holding DHL accountable. Never order here otherwise you lose your money, because refunds are made in store credit, which means you have to use the credit to pay for another order.
Got my £73 parcel delivered to the wrong address and refuse to help. I tried contacting the delivery company they use and I have never heard of it before and they made fun of my emails! They are scammers and thieves. I had to go open a case at paypal to get my money back Absolutely horrified at how little they tried to help a 10-year supporting customer. Will NEVER be buying from them again.
I've ordered four items from YesStyle. It`s been 4 weeks and I have still not received anything, no tracking code, nothing. Now I'm just waiting for a delivery that might not even get here. Appalling service. Do not buy from here you won't get your delivery.

Answer: I only use my credit card on Yesstyle and everything has always went smoothly for me! Have been a costumer for a few years now. When it comes to quality of products make sure to check clothing sizes, reviews, and pictures. You can usually tell by pictures and product information if the quality can be lacking or not.
