I have never had a problem where I needed to contact customer service! I have purchased clothes items and cosmetics. If you make sure to read reviews (only buy products with high ratings), and be really careful about reading everything (measurements, material, etc) then you will get good quality products shipped very quickly. I recommend this website if you are willing to be very careful, it is worth it to find products that I otherwise would not have access to.

They are super slow for shipping. I had to make a gift and they have spoiled everything. Their customer service replies are evil and unhelpful. They don't do refund and they don't even do order cancellation that is illegal for consumers' law in Europe! That don't even remove an item from the order. The service is so bad they cannot split orders. What does it cost them to make two parcels. Amazon does that, everyone does that! I am so depressed because of them. They are the worst thing in this world. I feel I have been scammed to the limit I want to scream in their faces. Stay away. Go on other websites please. Please! One of my go-to websites to shop for clothing and beauty products. The quality of the products really depend on the brand, so it can be hit-or-miss sometimes, especially if an item is really cheap. Overall, I find that reading the reviews of each products (if they have them) really helped me to decide if the products are worth it or not. So far, I have been disappointed with some items but most of the time, I'm satisfied with my purchases. I've shopped there numerous times now, and most of the time has been a smooth process and I received the items really fast in the mail as well.

What a joke! A refund of $5.00 for a no button hole made in the jeans and they said not it's defective "just cut one in the jeans"! Like what the heck are you serious! They sell inferior quality, no button hole and lousy made jeans with a design that is cheaply done and do not fit a average teenager at a X-large and terrible customer service. I wouldn't even buy my son a piece lint from this company ever again it probably would be defective, talk about ripping off consumers not even a full refund but $5.00 then tell to agree to it! Disgusting!

The shipping is fast within two weeks to the U.S. I had to rely on reviews a lot. I have purchased cute clothes from them more than 4 times. Nice quality but pricey. I said this because I found out that these online clothes sites like Ali and Yesstyle use the same model pictures. And Yesstyle is more expensive.

I would have liked my shirt to at least have a secured seam and not have a long string coming out, it was a really big concern since I was looking forward to it. I also bought a varsity jacket which is literally as thin as 2 pieces of paper stacked and the pants I bought were not really worth getting. I just returned my items but I would like to note that they don't give you your money back, they want you to keep buying their products so they give you points which annoys me. If you prefer quality over a few dollars more, go to places like uniqlo or wait for a holiday and mass haul from stores like gap or A&F. I spent 50$ to get free shipping and am now stuck with 50$ worth of points that I will never touch.

This is my 1st purchase with Yes Style so I can't yet speak to the product. You have a good selection of options. It is a little different navigating your pages. It would be nice to have a more traditional format. Sale prices are good but the "original" prices shown by some of these are ridiculously high for the item making it feel like a false sale. The information is very clear on the pages and it is an easy check out process.

I tried for the first time to order 3 dresses, and the make looks nothing like the pictures, it looked like a copycat rather than the actual outfit as shown. Material does not look anything like the pictures, its looks very low quality. I ordered 3 dresses which would've been made of different fabric, but the 3 items that I received were all of the same material. Dresses were ugly looking, nowhere close to what the pictures shows. It looks more like Chinese products than Korean.

We ordered a number of pieces from this online retailer. All but one had an improper fit, manufactured badly or made cheaply. I tried to return most of the order, at my expense, and the return was refused. We will NEVER buy from Yesstyle again and I have told my family that I don't enjoy paying for clothes to come into the country and then have to pay for them to leave the country. This was an expensive mistake, one I do not plan to repeat.

I ordered only one time on yesstyle. Many items at once i ordered and was worried what if they don't send correct size or another product because other asian websites do that. I received late a bit but everything was perfect! I really liked all the things i ordered and was extremely happy. I gave 4 stars because of delivering and preparing time.
