I have seen review videos and you can look, this chair has manufacture defect design. Wood cracks and causes severe injury to neck and back. Needs to be removed from USA store. If I were to get hurt, I would sue for damages and injuries and future restitutions. So I am canceling order. Contacted Amazon to escalate investigation of past injuries... POOR DESIGN DUDES!

Purchased a recliner chair through Amazon in July 2021 after 9 months of use the chair has broken underneath on the right hand side from April 26th I started send messages through my Amazon account and then endless messages through Facebook messenger all seen and ignored until finally after 8 days a message come back telling me has I had the item over 6 months they wouldn't do anything so I have a chair that is broken after only 9 months at a cost of 145.99 the customer service has been diabolical it is non existent and they don't want to know when things go wrong well I'm not taking this and will be taking it further avoid this company at all costs

I usually prefer to purchase furniture pieces in stores so I can see the quality of a product. However, I couldn't find one suitable for my needs in store. I purchased a storage cabinet from Yaheetech because it fit the requirements I need at a reasonable price. When it arrived, I was very surprised at how well packaged the cabinet was to ensure it was damage free in shipping. Quality was also very good and durable. I had a few questions regarding installation and did have to contact them but they responded back quick and were very helpful. Excellent customer service and would recommend their furniture pieces!

Yaheetech is really an amazing store, always providing quality for customers onetime and in an efficient manner.
