Purchased a recliner chair through Amazon in July 2021 after 9 months of use the chair has broken underneath on the right hand side from April 26th I started send messages through my Amazon account and then endless messages through Facebook messenger all seen and ignored until finally after 8 days a message come back telling me has I had the item over 6 months they wouldn't do anything so I have a chair that is broken after only 9 months at a cost of 145.99 the customer service has been diabolical it is non existent and they don't want to know when things go wrong well I'm not taking this and will be taking it further avoid this company at all costs
