I emailed the company with issues regarding my order received (missing part, didn't fit…) and got no response.
Updated...I was contacted by the seller to regarding the issues because of my review, but it's been over 2 months since I got the bed frame so parts are not needed anymore as I've had to get them myself and have someone fix the frame so I could use it. It would have been nice if they responded right away to the email sent and fixed the situation.
