The website was very user friendly and the entire shopping experience went smoothly. My order was shipped quickly, however, once it reached the USPS, it took 2 weeks to get here. I don't blame that on the seller though. I would buy from Xenon again.

Very easy and great products
Easy to find stuff and Dale P. In chat was very helpful with my questions. When ordering the headlights there was a mess up with the site and I accidentally ordered 2 sets of the same lights. When I called the company they said that I could return them. When going to the store not only could I only return using FEDEX, I had to pay to ship them back. I payed $175.00 the lady said the company wasn't paying for any shipping. She said I would be responsible. I spoke to the company and they said they wouldn't pay for returning them. It was going to cost me $100.00 dollars to ship back. I am very unhappy with the customer service, will never order from them again, and would not recommend to anyone else because of this issue.
Works well.
Bought item#9005-HILOWHID-8000-WC-35W. On August 10,2019 (2 months). Also bought the flicker add on. After 2 months they stop automatically while driving down the street. The only customer service is the tech support on the site where you have to type all the info. Well they make you wait while they deal with multiple customers at the same time. They said its either the flicker add ons or the bulbs. Got the run around multiple times. Kevin W. And Dale P. Now if i need the parts they will send them but the shipping is $19.99 per set. So im looking at $30.00 just in shipping charges. So i can buy a new set oh LED from another vendor (which is a better light after all) for $59.99, plus free shipping. I feel this company is a rip off and would not recommend to anyone. STAY AWAY.

Easy to install on 2009 dodge ram 1500, built to last through mud, snow, ice and dirt. 45w extremely bright.

Fast and easy
Price was good, delivery was pretty fast. But beware, their customer service is less than 1 star. They will try to put the blame on you the customer if you encounter any problems, and come across as very rude in any online chat forum, especially the kevin w person. No paperwork is enclosed with the order, so if you lose the email, you are out of luck. They refuse to search by your email to help you. Steer clear of this company. And their led bulbs dont work in reflector style housings as they say they do. Nothing but problems.
