I was unable to install the bulbs since the connector plugs were incompatible with the connectors in the car. I planned to return them but shipping and restocking fees were more than half of the cost of the bulbs. I'm planning to change the connectors myself.
I think it's unfair to insist returns must be by FedEx since the lowest cost international shipping charge is over $50 from the U.S.

2019 vehicle was not listed in vehicle finder. Asked for verification on chat that I was getting the correct bulbs for my 2019 f350 superduty and received a response back in less than 1 minute. When I called to find out the proper orientation of the bulb into the headlight assembly, I was told they were pre-oriented. Assuming one doesn't move during installation that is great. I then called again because the light pattern didnt look right and they told me they are four sided bulbs and it didnt matter. Well that was wrong. When you turn on the low beams, they should be at the bottom half of the headlight assembly. When you hit your high beams, the light pattern should jump up not down. If it jumps down, they are oriented upside down, rotate them 180 degrees in the headlight assembly.

Great help on picking brightest lamp. I received the lamps and one of the glass shades was broke so i did a chat and they told me to just remove the shade from both. I feel i should have been sent a replacenent for damaged one since i just bought them.

Awesome lights...but low beams did not fit in my 2016 jeep grand cherokee loredo's housing socket...led with cylinder shaft was too big. Managed to use low beam LEDs in fog lights instead, so it wasn't a total loss. But disappointed not to have blue hue low beam headlights. Would have looked great :(
Easy to find the right light for my vehicle
BUYER BEWARE,Received my bulbs in 3 days, after installing them one bulb burned out within a hour. Call to return bulbs and was told the thing they would do is replace burned out bulb, even though the website states 100% customer satisfaction return for refund or replacement within 30 days. Was told that since they were not in original condition they could not be returned. Not impressed with customer service rep. Would not purchase from them!
