I bought as a xmas present and then it didn't fit. I pulled the piece based on their website recommendations. I called and they asked for pictures and video. I was told to send in an email. Never got a response. When I call back now they say it's over 30 days and I'm out of luck. The chat person (Dale) was extremely rude and I'm sure this would not be tolerated by a reputable business.

Ordered bulbs for my car after making sure that the bulbs would fit in my vehicle based on XenonPro's representation. I order the bulbs - but they DO NOT FIT! They are about 3/4" too long. Customer service says "we advise customers to check their applications prior to purchasing". I rely on YOU, XenonPro, to tell me if the bulbs will fit. YOU know the size of your bulbs, I don't! Then they say you may have to buy other parts or go to a Performance Shop to install the lights - That's ridiculous! Then to return - it cost me more than $25 out of pocket to return since I am shipping to Canada! Very disappointed that the company says the bulbs will fit - and THEY DON'T FIT! (they did refund my purchase... but not my return shipping cost)

Shopping was great, i just hope the product follows suit. My main concern is the color of the light output; 3000k yellow fog... I haven't installed this kit yet but i noticed that the bulb glass is tinted dark gold/brown and I've never seen that on any of my HIDs and I've purchased about 20 kits over the years. The bulbs from my last set of yellow fog lights had clear glass and they were a very bright "arctic yellow". When glass is tinted, less light is enitted so i can almost assume these aren't going to be bright enough.

- Very user friendly. Informative. Able to checkout without any issue.
- Update: had to chat for questions regarding installation. Very inconvenient and time consuming vs speaking on the phone to an actual person. Requested better install diagrams and was never provided only additional chat. Installation manual should be in larger print, use spell check and provide better and clearer diagrams or pictures.
Haven't completed install yet so conclusion is TBD.
- So far I like the product and would buy again but waiting to complete install.

All I'm asking for is RMA # for a return and refund. Dale, the online chat customer service person, simply doesn't care what the hell my issue is today and does not want to provide a RMA# after 23 minutes of talking ( have a copy of chat transcript). Dale would rather insult the customer than help. Dale waist must time today. Why I want to return, because the Kit was giving me issues and I didn't want to spend extra money or time trying to resolve the issues. The kit didn't work as advertised for me don't know why and I want to return it. Dale was no help today. He rather says to get some ECU program to remove DRL and that is my issue. I called my Dealership, talked with the mechanics, they do not know what I was talking about and that is not an issue they can fix. Dale waist my time for calling dealerships to remove DRL when that is not the issue. All I wanted to accomplish was get The kit returned. And by the time this gets resolved I hope I have lost 30days and can not return the kit.

It was super easy to find the right lights for my truck and the customer support chat helped me pick the right wattage and color. Very excited for my new lights!
The install was very easy however I found that the CANBUS (Warning Canceller / Anti-Flicker) was pinned the wrong way so the safety clip would not engage.

Overall quite satisfied with the whole experience

The lights are bright but for some reason they don't work when I start my truck. They'll turn on if the key isn't on but as soon as I start the engine the don't. Installation was fairly easy with only a few minor issues with the electrical connectors but overall they're nice.
