Buyer beware! I purchased everything that they recommended for their HID headlights to work on my truck as a plug and play kit.
First one of the locking clips broke off just by plugging it in. Then the power relay would not lock all the way into my factory wire harness, so I had to use a wire tie to keep it from falling out. The head bulbs were loose in the housings and would not lock in securely. This is all poor quality stuff. When I finished hooking everything up, it worked as expected...until I started the truck to move it. Then the low beams would only flash 5 times. Only the high beams would work. The online chat, which is the only customer support, was no help. The instructions were useless for installation, let a lot trouble shooting. They did agree to let me return them, but I would not get a refund until all has been inspected after being returned. Only packages from Fedex would be accepted. I went along with it until I was told $107 or $138 for shipping. WHAT! That's about what I paid for this kit that they may or may not refund.
After all of this, I noticed my passenger headlight is out. After further investigation, I found out that this kit triggered a TIPM fault that can only be reset by a dealer, or ruined the TIPM which is an $800 item if it won't reset. Warning cancellers were supposed keep this from happening! This is a train wreck of a plug and play kit! I should have just stuck with halogen builds.

I ordered my lights with anti flicker unit they shipped and there is a problem with the anti flicker unit when installed it blows the bulb when not installed the bulbs work but flicker was advise by there customer service team i dont need the anti flicker and the issued a refund which I have yet received but there care for there customer safety is very poor at the end of the day I am the customer and if i am willing to pay for them for my own piece of mind then send new ones and not refund me the money They have no care for customer safety and i will never buy again from them.
I gave them 2 weeks to come up with a reasonable resolution and nothing,

I ordered a set of LED headlights for my 2015 Ram. When I received the headlights, I noticed the size of them and how they weren't going to fit under the dust covers. I contacted customer support and chatted with Dale I believe it was. After he insulted me a number of times in our short discussion, I told him I wanted to return the items. I wasn't going to purchase from a company like that. I had to pay $76 for shipping to send the lights back and on top of that I was charged a $20 return fee. I WOULD NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
