Order was delivered promptly. Unfortunately the #9007 HID bulbs did not fit my headlights due to the specific dimensions of the bulb retainer cap on my car. Had to return them. Impossible to speak to anyone there. They only deal with customers by online chat. Turned out to be waaaayyyyy more expensive than expected. Website says bulbs are shipped from Canada so I assumed it was a Canadian company, however the pricing is in USD which I wasn't expecting, so will lose 7% due to the different FX rates the banks use for purchases vs. refunds. Then had to pay $18 to ship them back by FEDEX which was the only return shipping option.
Ease of use on the web sight
Easy shopping, came as far as they said, we had them just in time for our driving trip and they were great at night for traveling. Happy to have them, don't know why we didn't do this years ago. Thanks
Got wrong bulbs first and waited another several days, then had cracked case covers and getting a hold of a person is not possible the chat service hung up on me twice.
The product appears to be what I was looking for. However, it is difficult for me to judge until I receive the product. Website is well laid out and informative.
