Product was correct first time, install based on video went smoothly. Description said light fan was quiet, that is not so true, if lights are on while vehicle off, fournfans can be heard clearly.

Once I received my order and installed them, they worked great when I turned the key and light switch on, I then started my truck and turned on the lights and they DID NOT come on. I tried calling customer service but they want you to talk to someone online, no personal service and the product does not work as I was lead to believe. The product may be good but no service after the sale.
Ordered a set of these for my 2014 Mercedes GLK250. They came in the mail in a decent time, but I opened the package to find the glass casing around the bulb shattered. I contacted XenonPro (by online chat, because apparently that's all they offer?) and explained the state in which i received my product - I stated that I wanted to return the product. I was told that the glass was "not a necessary" part of the product, and just use them anyways. I explained that I did not WANT broken merchandise, and I had paid good money for these. I was then told my reason for return was NOT VALID, and was refused the return. I understand you cant understand emotion through messages, however the person on the other end of the keyboard was incredibly rude, dismissive, and condescending.

I would of liked it if the gentleman I spoke too knew more about the product. He told me the bulb would fit and it doesn't and you guys don't have anything else to provide me with so I have to go to the nearest fedex and send it back and pay for the return shipping. Not really happy about the whole thing.

Shipping was fast one ballast requires 2 start ups before it lights the bulb almost every time. Its not a power issue or a connection issue its a ballast issue.
Good explanation of what i'm supposed to get. Speedy delivery. Lights were as expected.
I was a little suspicions that they would work as promised because of the low price, but 4 weeks later they are still exceeding my expectations.

Very fast delivery.
However, the directions for installation were insufficient.
Also, when I took one of the bulbs out of the box, the glass broke around the bulb.
I need to get one of the bulbs repaired.
Can you give me the contact on how to get the bulb repaired? Also, can you provide better installation instructions?

Answer: Hi Robert. For the first part of your question, are you referring to the light output? If so, that would depend on the bulb, wattage, headlight style, etc. As Calixtus explained very well above, high-quality light produced by LEDs generally do not degrade over time, unlike halogens.
