Easy so far
Web site was intuitive and easy to use. Will review product after I receive it. It took two days longer to receive the product than promised by the site. When I opened the box, what I got was not what I ordered. It had the same part number as what I ordered, but was not the product pictured or described on the site. Customer service was very rude to my wife. After this I checked their BBB rating. It was an F. Basically I was taken. I will never do business with this company again, and advise others to avoid them as well. There were 54 complaints similar to mine on the BBB site.
