Web site and discount is the reason for shopping so far. Waiting on the product to see how the improvement is. I received the order. The web site pre populated part # 9004. I reached out for a return and finally after 30 minutes chatting back and forth I got the number. I can handle the 20% restocking fee but not the $87.00 shipping charge due to the shipping policy. FedEx only? I have never had such a problem returning something prior to this. No way to contact anyone on the phone? I asked to pre-pay for a return label, I asked what they would fit. They said they didn't have time to research that I should look on the web site it was fast and easy? Now I have lights I paid for that is not feesable to return and I don't know what they fit. I ordered the correct ones from another company. Will I get help due to this survey? I dout it. You tell me if I am satisfied?

Got a set for a 2015 ram 2500 a day before Christmas. Put them in Christmas Eve drove for 5 min and lights shut off on a highway. Had to pull over to take the headlights out and put stock bulbs in not happy. I called them up and they told me that I had to go online and have a chat with somebody. I think That's poor customer service. The guy says are you near the truck it's 1 o'clock in the afternoon I said no I had to rip the lights out. Also I have a job.i installed the anti-flicker they sold me I had 4 of them and reinstall the bulbs and they still only lasted five minutes with the other set of anti-flickers. I left the cover off so they get air inside them no help still shut off. Then there is a 20% restocking fee also you have to ship only fed ex you have to pay insurance and they get shipped to Canada. Not happy. I complain to them that I was not playing the 20% because their lights did not work they waive the 20% restocking fee but shipping was still $30 from New Jersey. Gave them a 1 star not sure about other people but I don't have time for a 40 minute conversation typing back-and-forth when I can just speak to someone on the phone and get it handled in five minutes.
My order was received within 2-3 days of placing my order of the 35 Watt bulbs. They are quite bright. Unfortunately I have a GMC Acadia that has a documented poor projection headlight design. I plan to return the 35 W lights and get the 45 W bulbs which are another $20.

Unhappy with the LED headlights. They are not very bright at all and are barely an improvement over the crappy stock headlights I replaced.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
BAD PRODUCTS AND EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
- First off the 100% lifetime warranty is not 100%. If anything becomes faulty, even if it is the day after you receive it, they want you to pay $20 PER ITEM to receive a replacement. No where on their website does it say that.
- One of my LED headlights partially went out and I am not paying $20 for a replacement, I will buy elsewhere.
- Now the biggie! They have the worse customer service and are extremely rude! They will not speak to you on the phone and have to communicate through a chat. I guess so they can hide behind the computer because of the way they speak to people.
- Here is a few things that was communicated to me and I have all this in screen shots if anyone would want to see these. I plan on putting all of this on all review websites, the better business, and the attorney general.
- After I asked them to show me their so called 'terms' that I could see the $20 fee they just told me 'we are busy and can't keep going back and forth.' I told them if they could prove to me that the $20 is posted anywhere on their website I would gladly pay it. Guess what, they couldn't provide that info!
- I told them that their way of talking to customers is unethical and that I would be posting on all review websites. They told me that 'posting on those review sites would be like dropping a drop of water in the ocean and that it would be ignored.'
- please take time to sort the reviews and see all of the negative ones because you will see the true workings of this company. Kevin and Louis call people idiots, cuss them, hang up on them when they are confronted with the truth, and they blocked me from their chat when I kept demanding to see their $20 terms in writing.
- PLEASE DO MORE RESEARCH THAN I DID, go beyond their reviews on their website. I have them a great review at first but now 4 months later with bad customer service and faulty items I am changing mine. I'm sure their is many more that just didn't go back to edit their reviews.

Answer: Hi Robert. For the first part of your question, are you referring to the light output? If so, that would depend on the bulb, wattage, headlight style, etc. As Calixtus explained very well above, high-quality light produced by LEDs generally do not degrade over time, unlike halogens.
