One light came broken. Main headlights did not fit tight in my light housings and connectors did not clip into my factory wire connections, they would just pop off randomly. Customer service is horrible. You cannot talk to anyone directly you have to use a chat feature that resets every so often and then you have to start your conversation over again. Process to return takes way longer than needed. Louis C in customer service is very rude.
Lights came quick. Lights are awesome, super bright, should have converted years ago.
Bought for 50% off but when i had to add the anti flicker there was no savings, also 2-3 shipping days turned in to 8+ days.
I hope these bulbs are the last ones I have to buy for my truck.
Chat person was totally helpful and I know I ordered correctly! However, I wasn't sent the correct bulbs for my vehicle even though I specifically told him my make, model and year. When the items arrived, they were no where near the correct size and wouldn't fit. He (chat person) asked if we'd removed the glass protective casing...I didn't know and had to ask my husband who was attempting to install them. YES, he had. They just were NOT the correct bulbs. I asked about returning and obtained a RMA with complete instructions on how to return them. I again contacted your company about the postage costs and was told to include a tracking number and receipt and I would receive a refund for postage. I did EXACTLY what I was told and two days later received a refund for the bulbs. As yet I have received NOTHING for the $93.15 in FedEx fees.
The product that I received is not the same with the picture on the site. You sent me the cheap 4 sided COB LED H11 which produces scattered brightness compared to the one in the picture which is a MKR CREE LED type of bulb which produces beam focused brightness. Will return this fake H11 LED which costs me close to $120.
Price could have been lower but product was better than expected.

I entered the car info into the website and it stated that said led bulbs would fit my car. Well the led bulbs fit the holes but there was no way to secure them in place. I was so disappointed.
I TRIED TO TALK TO YOUR ONLINE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY WAS ABSOLUTLEY NO HELP AND WAS RUDE. THEY TURNED OFF THE CHAT AND I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO COMMUNICATE WITH THEM SINCE THEN. NOT WORRIED ABOUT THE WARRANTY ANYMORE

The 35 w LED lights for the 2011 Ford Fusion were not strong enough. So, I got these brighter bulbs and they work great.

Very informative, and reasonably priced. No shipping fee in awesome! Get rid of FED-EX. They were horrible.
The LED lights have a terrible light pattern. Has a dark hole in the middle of the road when I have my brights on. The lights light up objects but not the space around the object like a HID light does.
