I ordered LED's for a 2011 Mercedes ML350, when I tried to install them they did not fit. I researched on line and they make an adapter for some of these bulbs. However your bulb does NOT come apart to install this adapter. I used your website because you guaranteed they would fit. Very disappointed for what I paid.

The rep was very helpfull in my selection.

The item did not fit my car. Had to send it back to Canada, I was not aware I would have to send it there, cost me $25 to do that. It was returned to me because I was told I needed a commercial receipt. Did not know that either. Seems you should be able to return to somewhere in the US. Still waiting on my refund.

I was worried but customer service reassured me this will work for my car and help me picked the right options for my car. Kit was well worth it as my car already had HID lights but my ballast went out and to replace it cost well over 4x this entire kit from XenonPro. Awesome product and service. My install was not easy but not difficult too and it was well worth doing it myself as i saved so much.

The live chat with Luis C was a horrible experience. He was Very unprofessional and rude. I would highly encourage everyone to avoid using this company at all cost. Stay away, just don't do it. I've learned my lesson the hard way. If I could give this company a lower rating then one star I would. Stick with Made in the USA.

Service was great. I was a bit disappointed with the light output of the yellow 9000 lumen LED Foglight bulbs. I feel my yellow HID's were much brighter and more yellow.

So far so good. Will update when I get my lights. Lights are bright glad I bought them. Would definitely put in another vehicle
