This was my 2nd time ordering. I ordered on the 12th, payment was taken on 14th, but only rcvd my order today (22). Not sure why I waited over a week to rcv it?

Great product that will see a.lot of use.
So I was dealing with the fact that the set I put on my wifes car was going out and that the owners of Xenon was no help to the point that they were laughing at me and insulting me. They were telling me there was a $20 handling fee PER bulb but they could not show me anywhere on their site that showed this. UPDATE: Now the set that is on my truck has went out the same way. I have also gave up and put standard bulbs back in my wifes car and I guess I am going to do the same for my truck. This company sells cheap products, warranty is not as advertised and the people (owners) you have to deal with will cuss at you if you press them hard enough. They like to hide behind the keyboard.
First right off the bat one of the low beams started to flicker as tho some of the LEDs located around the bulb was going out. It would flicker from normal brightness to very DIM. Over the past 3 months it got worse until the 4th month it completely went out and stayed DIM. I contact them about a replacement and they said I would have to pay $20 for shipping and they said it was in their TERMS. It is no where in their terms that it states this and I told them I would gladly pay it if they could tell me where to look for that. They could not, all he did was ignore the request and told me that he no longer could help me and basically told me to fuck off. His name is Kevin btw. I am going to rip all this crap off my can and throw in the trash before I give them another dime.
I got my lights on time and the lights work great. The price was a little high but I look at it as you get what you pay for. My only problem was that I had to buy and modify some light retainer rings to hold the head lights in. Over all I was very satisfied with my purchase.
Order 9006 and 9005 LED bulbs. Ordered in purple but came in white! One of the bulbs came UNGLUED from the base. Still made the bulb work. The bulbs are bright, a lot brighter than stock. Overall, disappoints for the amount of money we pay! P.S the quartz cover on the bulb came broken on one. Installed with cover like suggested in instructions, but they all broke inside the light on the first trip around the block.
After speaking to sales and being told what to purchase, I received my order and it was totaly wrong. I repeat that I don't know anything about these products so I totaly relied on the sales person to tell me what to order. To make a long story short I received the wrong item for my car and when I called sales they told me to go online to the chat.
This guy win chat i guess does not check his computer that often because it took for ever for him to answer my chat. After telling him my problem he said I was insulting him that I ordered on my own. I only input the order as the sales dept. told me. This Lou guy couldn't understand that (I speak with knowledge now) I neede an h4 not a h13 bulb. After sending me the h13 I had to send him a picture of the plug on my car that connects to the light. He couldn't under that my 3 contacts on the plug were triangular not three across. I was pretty sure that they spoke English in Canada but this Lou guy proved me wrong.
He was abusive illiterate and I guess he took so long to answer my chat was because there probably was no one around to turn on his computer. Returns only through fedex? LUDICROUS. I don't want to or feel it is necessary to say more. "BE SMART.
SAVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AND STAY AWAY FROM xenonpro. We don't need to make them rich with there 20% restocking fee. And Fedex is a million dollar co.
