The new headlights are not useable. Headlight bulb "burned out" already. Now I have to buy a whole new set again.
I have been sent the wrong bulbs I will return but it has been very difficult to return items when you cant speak to a person.

I'll most likely be returning the extra anti flicker attachment as soon as I can. The lights wouldn't come on with them inline. I have not had a chance to install lights as things have to be modified to get them in and I had emergency surgery and been in the hospital and just got out but cannot walk yet.

Unfortunately this site said the LEDs would fit my 2014 Dodge Charger and they do not! I would not recommend buying from this site.
This is great site to shop for headlights.
When I originally received my package, I was excited. The products looked like quality it was professionally packaged. However when I open my product there was damage done to the lens that I was told is the protective case. After speaking with customer support I was told to install them anyways so I did. I purchased the headlights and the ballast that was supposed to go with it. However the lights did not work as they should, one would come on the new it shut off, and both would be on for about five minutes and then shut off. I feel I was given defective parts but when I talk to the customer support he assured me they weren't defective and I was sent a product that had passed inspection, he offered to troubleshoot the lights with me. But only via messenger app on the website. I work 7to 5 Monday - Friday. And was not able to get any support outside those hrs. I informed the company that I would like to return my product but I was going to be penalized to a 20% restocking fee. I did not think this was fair considering the product did not work as described. I was told I had to pay for shipping to return them which would've been close to $90. After spending $90 to return them in a 20% restocking fee I basically paid for the headlights a second time. I really wish this product would've worked and I wish I would've received better customer service.

As soon as I opened my package I found one of the bulbs to be broken. Very disappointing as this is the second thing I have tried to order from here and I still have no led lights in anything. And now I have to pay a 'restocking fee' just to do a refund. Not happy at all.
