I receive them really fast. I had a question and their customer service is amazing. I am a little disappointed though at the brightness of the LEDs. I was really hoping they would be brighter
I had bought headlights and fog lights for my 05 Ram 1500 and bout the anti flicker like they recommended I go to plug them in only one fog light works even switched them to make sure it wasn't just the bulb or the anti flicker but the bulbs only worked on one side. I plugged the factory bulbs back in and everything worked on them cool so the lights are trash so after messing with the fog light I go to try and put the headlights in the fan on the back of the bulb is too big for the retainers on the headlights so I contacted Xenon Pro about what was going on they wanted me To cut on my factory headlight to make them work. I told them I wasn't going to do that on my truck and just asked for a refund they said no problem that I just have to pay shipping back to them which was about $30 and on top a restocking fee for there trash bulbs that don't work there customer service is trash I wouldn't buy it's not factory fit.

On two occasions I ordered blue lights headlights fog lights for 2021 Honda Odyssey both times I received white lights the first time I returned them we then placed another order recorded lines on both occasions the second time they once again incompetently sent us a set of white lights which we installed at a cost of $95 and they refuse to refund the $95 cost first they told me they're going to send me the replacement ones then they sent me an email that they not doing that. They have no customer service that you can talk to on the phone they only do sales and the salesperson is rude incompetent smart $#*! dishonest argumentative it interrupting even after I told him I was a disabled Marine corps veteran. Supposedly they're sending me the blue lights but I don't know what to believe I have spent approximately 4 hours of my life wasted back and forth with this incompetent organization which is also not obeying federal law on handicapped individuals they're supposed to have a handicapped service to allow handicapped individuals to speak to people on the phone for resolution especially someone like me they cannot properly use the internet see the internet because of my vision issues. I went on the chat line with the help of a secretary had to spend an hour of my time and an hour of my money to have the secretary do the live chat they said they were going to send out the blue lights but then I received an email saying that they were not. I don't know whether it's incompetence dishonesty or a combination of both but we have found a better Business bureau complaint and a complaint with the department of Justice for not only fraud on a handicapped individual but also for not obeying handicapped was concerning access equal access to customer service. The individual that took the order is obviously incompetent on a recorded line he was told blue lights twice and twice he sent white lights. This is a warning to all potential customers not to do any business with this company they're not going to send you the product you ask for they have no follow-up customer service the gentleman that takes the phone calls is rude arrogant interruptive dishonest and doesn't even care that a Marine corps veteran who spent almost $500 on lights didn't receive them and even when I complain in a professional fashion and get a resolution to the live chat I then receive an email saying they're not going to do anything. Nobody should do any business with this company and we are sending out approximately 500 letters to 500 us distributors warning them not to continue to sell this company's lights because of the problems that we have had. I suppose they did not understand that this is a law firm that they were talking to on a recorded line being rude interruptive promising one thing and then not doing it. All I simply wanted was a set of blue lights headlights and fog lights for a company vehicle. What I got was this honesty incompetence broken promises.

After contacting "Xenon Pro", it was recommended I buy an LED build kit for my projector lights. After about 1 month of unsatisfactory night lighting I contacted "Xenon Pro" again. This time I was told LED are no good for projector lights, I need HID. I got the HID kit, after about 2 weeks nighttime lighting was just as worthless as the LED bulbs. "Xenon Pro", in my opinion only cares about making a sale. Clueless about the proper retainer clips needed or install proceedure, let alone how DANGEROUS their lights are! Their answer is to go to a Auto Tuning Specialist, as if it's not their problem. I spent over $410, they refunded me $74.85.

DONT buy anything from them! They charge $40 for defective product. And the product itself is trash... Ive had 3 friends all buy from them and light output is not as indicated. Bought some others from another company and way better. DONT waste your money!

From time to time and for certain vehicles, some minor tuning may be required to get the lights right - this is standard for this type of product. Please feel free to reach out to us should you need help with your order.

Received my order of headlights damaged. When I reached out to the customer service I was told I would be allowed to return. After several weeks I emailed asking about my refund that I had never received. The following day they sent the refund short $65 CAD for a restocking fee. How can you restock a damaged product and how can you charge a fee for returning something that never worked? Beware before buying.

Guys do not purchase from this company!
Went out of the country for an emergency... did not get a chance to try them onto my van.
3 months later I Came back to the states and tried them on my van and they were not compatible.
Reached out to the customer service agents and they said no to exchanges, no store credits, no refunds, etc
They proposed to do it under warranty for $40, no real value or back their product other than a warranty claim for $40. As a business owner myself i don't know how they expect to run a terrible business model like this.
During my chat i said i would do a video review and implied a legal threat if my review was defamation etc like if I was lying or trying to cause any harm for defamation which is not the case... was simplying expecting this company to do things right and stand by their product i don't mind sending it back for them to check it out... was asking for an exchange or store credit which is not hard to understand fellows...
Hopefully you guys take this review as a warning and my real bad experience with this company.

I ordered low and high beams for two different vehicles and paid $450.00 for these items. I received one box which included one set of high beams only. When I called customer service and they told me that I had received the items which I have not. I just want to send the item back I did receive and get my money back for everything. These people are horrible to deal with if there is a problem with your purchase. They DO NOT stand behind their products and will not give a refund or even a partial refund. They never worked correctly and even though the company was aware of this they refuse to help or refund the money.

I purchased a set of H11 45w LED low beam bulbs on Dec 31,2021 for my 2015 4Runner, as confirmed by their website. I installed the bulb and was disappointed by the light output, so I contacted their customer service via chat and spoke with Robert. Robert told me that the LED are not designed for projector headlight & should only be used for reflector type headlights. Well, not sure why XenonPro would give this as an option for my vehicles low beam, if they knew that it would perform poorly. The selection states "Low Beams - H11 - Full LED Headlights Kit". Maybe because this business failed to research which vehicles have projector headlights. With that being said, they could have a clear statement on their webpage stating "Do NOT purchase our LED's for projector style headlamps" to save consumers time and money on shipping their product back for a refund. That's right, the consumer is on the hook for return shipping, as per their "policy". One more thing is their LED bulbs do not have any stamps of the wattage you received. They could accidentally send you a 25w bulb even though you may have paid for a 35w or 45w bulb. Only way to tell what was sent is by the checked off boxes on the side of the retail packaging. I would NOT recommend this company or their product to anyone and will be sure to pass this information to as many people as possible to save them the headaches!

The reason we offer LEDs for vehicles with projectors is that some customers want the modern white LED look and don't care so much about improving the brightness. We apologize if this caused confusion.

I order a kit of Hid lights through this website it came fast through federal express when I open the package all the lights were broken I have to ship them back and I had to pay for shipment so I don't recommend this website to anyone it's not legit. Do not waste your time OK now

They lie and advertise bulbs they don't carry, then send you what they want and dismiss you when you try to get real answers. Try calling sales, they're a joke also. Defend the misleading behavior that people on their chat services offer, when they lie to you. Beware, don't buy anything from these guys. I received 4 sets if the wrong crap and they want to deflect it as if I'm in the wrong and they did a good job sending me not 2 but 4 sets of the wrong bulbs. GARBAGE!

They sent the wrong size LED headlights and were rude when I talked to their customer service to return them. 1.5 years later I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt buy their HID headlights. I ordered 5000k white and one came half pink as if it was damaged so I contacted them and this time they were nicer and sent me a second pair for free. One of these didn't work at all the other one had even worse discoloration than the one I replaced it with. Do not buy from these guys.

I bought headlights for my vehicle based upon the recommendation of their website. Got them and they don't fit the car. Contacted customer service and they processed the return. I am now responsible for paying the shipping cost to send the lights back to them. It was their company that said the lights would fit the car and they don't. How does that make me responsible for shipping them back. But, Dale the customer service agent said I don't have the responsibility to shipping them back, I can just deliver them back myself. This company is a joke

Not sure where to begin with this company, go from the beginning ordered 3 kits to replace all my driving lights on my truck,
Well after my hightbeams not fitting an ordering new ones, non of them worked correctly. Either some how me screwing up the simple plug an play design. Or faulting product... after being ridiculed by them they "that it's impossible for there product to be faulty" I decided to send it all back get my money back an just walk away from it. Well after 2 weeks of it being delivered an many emails i finally get a refund. Only to find out I only received some of my money. Because there was a bulbs they sent me I didn't send back Well pretty sure if I sent back 3 kits nicely in there boxes I would send it to ;) needless to say with my experience i wouldn't deal with them again seem like they like to scam people on refund being I read are others who got scammed to.

I received my order and when I opened it, the bulbs were completely different! I look up the style of bulb I got and turns out they sent me a 5202. So I contacted customer support and explained this. Allan insists I pay for the return shipping even though I tell him HIS COMPANY DID NOT SEND ME H16s! He insists that since the box says H16, that's what was sent. He proceeds to tell me this is not a game, and he's not going to deal with problem customers. His professionalism was jaw-droppingly nonexistent. I was in awe at how this customer support agent was addressing me like a scam artist after sending me and incorrect item then making me pay to send it back. Then after I asked why it is so hard to just compensate the return shipping once again, Allan cut the chat off, essentially hanging up on me. I have attached photos of my claim. One photo is from the actual H16 bulb listing I bought, the 2nd is the actual bulb I received which obviously does not fit. GO anywhere else to buy! WHEN this company sends you an incorrect item they will NOT work to fix it for you. I will be calling tomorrow to continue to get this right.

Answer: Hi Robert. For the first part of your question, are you referring to the light output? If so, that would depend on the bulb, wattage, headlight style, etc. As Calixtus explained very well above, high-quality light produced by LEDs generally do not degrade over time, unlike halogens.
