The order process was easy, and I had one return/exchange and it was much simpler than I expected. The shipping time is a little slower than most experiences today but if you are planning ahead for an event and willing to give it a few weeks then it should not be an issue. I love the vacation dress and swim suits I purchased. I have my eye on 3 more summer dresses that I plan to buy!
