I had a problem with my shipment and they took care of it right away. They want their customers to be happy and i was. I will continue to shop at Rotita knowing i am in good hands.

When it says swimsuits and £34.00 i think, you would think you were get both top and bottom shorts so i was shocked when it was only swim top in pachage.

Ordered 4 swimsuits & 1 swim bottom got 2 swimsuits & 1 swim bottom haven't received the other 2 swimsuits. Keep saying there on there way but haven't received them yet. I'm going to contact my credit card company. Will never order from Rotita again

Wish I could have more underwire tanking tops to choose from and be able to pick different size for matching bottoms because every suit I bought the top fits but bottoms are too big (3 sets)

The quality of the bathing suits were good, but made small. You need to size up for sure. I don't like the fact that there's no one to talk to when you have a problem. There should be a customer service call center. It's all done on the computer which is fine if you don't have any problems.

Ordered over $200 worth of items, all made with same cheap flimsy fabric, sizing is a joke. Followed measurements and other reviews. They want 9.99 per item to return, and some items are no refund. Never again, buyer beware! It comes from China even though they say it doesn't.

Buyer beware! The earrings were cute and all but the post came all bent to hell. Not even gonna try to straighten them. The earrings are still wearable, so not a total loss. Trying to see what I can do about the shirt. Despite using their sizing chart, the shirt is too small in the bust line. Shipping does take a while (shipped from China), however I did receive my package ahead of schedule. Not sure how an exchange is going to happen or if I am just going to get creative with some needle and thread. Just reviewed the return/exchange policy. You return items at your expense and postage is not refundable. I really wanted to like this site. Such a shame.

Bought three outfits. They were good but too big. Send them back for a refund and was told I would get less than half of my refund because they had A peculiar smell. Never war them so this mail had to come from their company. Luckily I paid with PayPal and they help me get my full refund minus shipping cost.

I ordered a swimsuit and three weeks later it hasn't even shipped. They keep telling me they have marked it priority, but still time hasnt shipped. I asked that they cancel the order and was told I can only get store credit, not a refund even though three weeks later it still has not shipped. I've demanded a refund at this point and will update this if I get the refund. Or I'll post the communication thread if I don't get a refund.

My experience was very good. Ordering and checking out is quick and easy. Love the product. It fits true to size and was a good price.
