I have contacted PetCareRx several times for wanting a particular toy for our dog. Gibbs LOVES the Zippy Paws 6 blaster caterpillar so much that he goes through them rather quickly. It seems that PetCareRx is the only site at this time which has this squeaky toy. I found Peggy to be so helpful in finding this elusive dog toy not once, but twice! She also informed me of the benefit of subscribing to PetCareRx for our pup's medical needs. I did sign up and look forward in receiving Gibb's flea and tick meds etc. The 40% discount is remarkable. I will enjoy dealing with PetCareRx in the future. Thanks Peggy, for your over-the-top help!

“This place is a clown show”

I'm not sure why people think this place is great. Every order, EVERY SINGLE ORDER, is a ball of knotted yard with these people. A million emails, a million texts, and it takes too long to receive the order. They have driven my vet crazy with their demented customer service. I am an extremely patient person but I just can't stand dealing with these idiots anymore. I do NOT recommend these people and I'll say it one more time: you have to wait forever to receive your order and it is an absolute clown show for them to get it straight. Save yourself. Go somewhere else!

My dog has a chronic condition that requires long-term medication and I prefer to place my orders online because of cash back promotions. One medication only comes in a week's worth of dosage so I have to order 4 boxes at a time if I want a month's supply. Each box is processed as a separate item so my vet gets one notification of a refill, okays it, then gets 3 more which they usually decline because they just approved the first one. I have to call and tell them - no it's just because PetCareRx makes each box go through individually rather than grouping it into an order of 4 boxes like I requested.
When I've called PetCareRx, I usually talk to Peggy who is so nice and helpful. That's the only positive to come out of my frustration with the online ordering process.

As a pharmacy we are required to attain a separate approval for each prescription being ordered even though it may be the same medication being ordered more then once. However, I can certainly understand the confusion here. I have passed this matter onto our development team so we may be able to find a solution to this so we can continue to attain approvals as needed following all pharmacy board requirements as well as make the process a bit easier and better to understand. It is always easy to order on PetCareRX. Friendly and good customer service. Good emails to notify when dog products are being shipped and discounts on dog items.

Spoke with Pamela and have in the past. It's always a friendly and helpful conversation. Very courteous, she does her best to assist me in ordering supplies for my cat.

Pamela explained why I was receiving texts with a 30% off offer that I could not apply to my purchase. Apparently it's get the 30% off now and then, OR be a Pet Plus member...which I am. It seems like a lot to pay so that I can get the cheaper price on my cat's prescription. However, I have not done the research on the pricing at other places...nor done the math on a yearly savings versus the Pet Plus membership... so I don't know how the comparison stacks up. She DID offer me a 50% off membership that I would not have known about... so that was a GREAT savings. She took care of my situation and was very pleasant and helpful.

I always shop my dog's meds. The last place I got the pills wanted too much money and gave me a 10 percent discount code which did not cut it. I found Petcarerx.com was running 25 percent off and then after a search found a promo code for 30 percent off. They will contact you by email or phone to give you the opportunity to get a subscription with them for discounts but I am not loyal to anything but the best price when I need something so I passed on it. Ordered the stuff on a Tuesday and it arrived at my doorstep on Friday. Very pleased.

My friendly customer service representative Peggie is always pleasant and willing to help out. I wish more people in customer service everywhere were like her. PetCareRx is lucky to have her! Your customer service rep Pamela Madonna was a joy to work with! I had partly filled out my order online but then had a couple questions so I called the 800# and she took over answering my questions and completing my order even helping me get set up for auto renewal. Pamela is a true asset, you can tell she takes pride in her job and the company she works for representing them in a friendly professional manner.

Wow, is all I can say. I had an issue with another online vet supply company for my prescription diet for a dog of mine. The other company claimed Purina was out of stock on their prescription diet food and other products, and there was no timeline as to when they would be back in stock, but I quickly found out this was false information. Pamela, a customer rep from PetCareRX came to the rescue, explaining that they had plenty of stock on my required prescription pet food. She gave me a ton of incredible information about their company and what they provide to customers to save money, which I took full advantage of! Pamela's thorough explanations and detail gave me confidence that this company will be the one I use for all four dogs from now on. Unbelievable customer service, ease of site use, organization of their site and products offered. I can't believe I had not heard of them before. I am a PetCareRX customer for life! Thank you Pamela, for your expertise, professionalism and kindness throughout our transaction!

The company renewed an annual membership for 239.95 (which is over double) the original membership fee, without any emails stating renewal was approaching.I have a few different subscription with other companies and emails are always sent reminding a charge is coming. She said it must have went to spam or junk, no it did not! My bank flagged the charge immediately and because I did not recognize it they flagged it as fraud. Canceled my card and had to issue a new one. I called customer service as soon as they reopened from the holidays. Was told money would be refunded in 3 to 5 days and I would get a confirmation email. That never happened. 4 days later I get a call they can't refund to a new card and check would have to be sent, another 30 day wait! Asked to speak to a supervisor to get check expedited, none were available, so she put me on a call back list. Still waiting. I have major doubts I will ever see any money returned!

I stumbled across PetCareRx about a year ago. I have not been disappointed. Fair prices and always speedy delivery. The few times I have had to speak to customer service, I have always received wonderfully polite and helpful employees. Wonderful company with wonderful customer service.

In the past, I have had many problems dealing with pet care RX, especially customer service. My emails have been ignored, medications have taken 2 to 3 weeks to ship, issues with refills... when there are obvious refills available… Today, was a different story when I spoke with Caitlin :) She was very helpful, and sent a fax to our veterinarian while I was on the phone. She apologized for the issues surrounding this order, and said she would take care of it. If you had more people let Caitlin working at Petcare RX, I would be a lot more satisfied with this company! Thanks again Caitlin! You deserve a raise!

Tip for consumers:
Dealing with prescription sent in a timely matter seems to always be an issue. That is the most frustrating thing about this company.

If you accept discount when ordering, they sign you up automatically for a membership of $107.79 that is billed annually, even when you pet dies.
