Andrew is a pleasure to order my baby's medication from. He went above and beyond to get every detail necessary to insure I was ordering the proper dosage for her weight and height. We first found PetCareRx when we were unable to get the dog food we have always fed our dog Royal Canin Dental Care. I am so thrilled with their customer service, they will now be my go-to for all our dog's needs. Outstanding experience with PetCareRx. I contacted Petco last week to fill the same script as PetCareRx. I was told the medication for my dog would arrive within 2-5 days. Called them after waiting a full week & was informed they will not have the medication for 3+ weeks. No one sent an email or called me to inform me of this problem. PetCareRx was totally different. I received a call from Andrew not even 24 hours after ordering the product. He walked me thru the process and I can't begin to tell you how happy I am with him and his quality of Customer Service. He is a pro. Things happen for a reason! Scale of 1-10 I would rate PetCareRx a solid 10 so far; have not received the medication for my dog yet but, very satisfied with his attention to detail.

Becoming a member does save you money over the course of a year. Good selection of products and the best prices on prescription medications. I only wish PetCareRx carried a full compliment of bird ( Macaw) supplies as they do dog and cat. Good food, medications and toys for birds are hard to find. Hopefully someday in the near future! P.S. - I also have a 400 gal. Salt water reef tank hint, hint! :)

We have the auto ship for our pet prescription and they are very good about answering any questions. There was a duplicate refill and they took care of the problem right away with no issues.
I was really not interested in signing up in the beginning, but Andrew made some very good points. I have been spending an arm and a leg at Banfield for medications and it will be wonderful to save some money.

My dog's (14 year old husky) medicine never got to my house. It was lost in the mail and we only had a couple of his pills left. I called customer service and was linked with Ms. Peggie Johnson who was AMAZING. I can't say that enough. She was happy and her good mood was infectious as she expedited more medicine to my old man. I have one less thing to worry about because of her quick response and reassurances. Is there a way to always be connected to a specific customer service rep? Because I would choose Ms. Johnson every single time. Thank you so much, Ms. Johnson. You are amazing.

They advertise low prices, but watch out. They have a hidden membership program which adds considerably to the cost you get quoted. Customer service is questionable at best, lots of empty promises, unsigned emails, and strange phone numbers calling back about problems. Had a shipment that was supposed to be overnight, but UPS delayed, so I asked for a refund of the $25 overnight shipping cost as UPS refunds the shipper any failed service. Keep getting emails of "4 - 10 days" to get the refund. A month later and calls / emails and still no refund. Sent me an email saying my AMEX card was declined, but the link they sent was for another customer, not me. Sloppy way to run a business.

I spoke to a very nice representative, Andrew, who explained the benefits of PetCareRx and ordering wholesale. I have a cat with special needs and normally get my things through Amazon, but found out that switching to a wholesaler will save a lot of money. Would recommend this site to anyone who spends on quality items for their pet!

When my order for puppy meds had not been delivered, (despite tracking links indicated it had—how can this even happen?), PetCareRx, and specifically Michelle M, promptly responded to my emails, started investigating, and sent out a replacement order. I signed up since they offer better prices on Rx products, but when you buy a product with the "PetPlus" price, you cannot use coupons. So I basically spent $65 for a membership that gave me the same price I would have received by just using a coupon already advertised on their site.
To make things worse, they only allow you to cancel by phone. Who in 2019 doesn't allow online membership cancellations?

Answer: It's trustworthy, a prescription is needed, but dealing with medications taking forever to ship, or having some type of issue with refills has been a continued problem. That is the most frustrating thing about this company.
