I signed up since they offer better prices on Rx products, but when you buy a product with the "PetPlus" price, you cannot use coupons. So I basically spent $65 for a membership that gave me the same price I would have received by just using a coupon already advertised on their site.
To make things worse, they only allow you to cancel by phone. Who in 2019 doesn't allow online membership cancellations?

The Pet Plus membership provides and guarantees wholesale prices site wide, therefore there are no additional discounts available, while without the membership its retail prices and you can apply coupons if applicable. The member pricing is always the lowest cost available and is available for you to use on prescription and non prescription medications, preventatives, supplies, vitamins, toys, treats, pet food and free shipping on everything as well.
