I spoke with Pamela regarding a couple issues. I had originally registered with an email address that is no longer valid. I also was ordering 2 boxes of Tri-heart which needs authorization from a vet, one box for each of 2 dogs. She processed my order and changed my email address very quickly, efficiently, and professionally. I have used this company for years without a single problem.

I had a lot of questions about the food that I was ordering via prescription and also some issues with my cat using her litter box and Michelle was so friendly and helpful and looked everything up for me chatted with me about different treats and everything available. Our call dropped twice and she called me back promptly. My first experience so far with this company and I'm pretty happy with it. Service goes a long way if there are issues with the order!

I talked with Andrew today about my RX that was due to be refilled. He informed me of the Pet Care Plus program. I joined and am very Happy that he told me how much I could save on future orders. My vet charges outrageous prices for Rx meds.

I ordered supplement for my pet. On-line did not mention will charge $70+ for membership. Sent 2 emails regarding overcharged Nobody replied, Try live chat, what a joke, nobody replied either. Finally someone picked up after 20 minutes. Told me it is membership fee. I told her your on-line did not tell customer when you order, it will charge membership fee. There price is extremely high without membership. I can get it from other pet site at least $25+ cheaper. What a joke. Whoever order shop from them, please shop around.

I called to inquire about my membership billing. I was concerned about the price increase. The associate, Teresa, did a great job explaining to me that although there was indeed a substantial price increase for my annual membership cost, I still saved hundreds of dollars on the prescription medication costs for my pet. I am very happy with the program and highly recommend it to others, especially those who have ongoing expensive medicine expenses for their pet(s)!

I ordered a few toy ducks for my dog and unfortunately I received a product that looks completely different than what was advertised. I sent my dedicated rep, Michelle, an email for assistance with the order and she was the best! There was no back-and-forth - she immediately processed a refund for me and is even going to make sure the photos on the product page are updated. I wish everyone was this understanding and thorough. Andrew Singer gave me a call post initial order. He explained how ordering rx meds worked and what I could expect. He also told me about a savings opportunity and was not pushy in the least. He was patient through my indecisiveness and looked up savings on regularly purchased products to assist me in whether a membership plan was truly going to be worth it for me in the end. My first time ordering two prescriptions was delayed because the vet was extremely slow and incompetent. They needed several requests by Andrew Singer and myself to get the prescriptions authorized, it was very frustrating. Andrew was very patient and understanding with me too, especially before I knew the delay was the vet's fault. Once they approved their own prescriptions to PetCareRx they were immediately shipped and in my hands the next day. I was also offered a discount on the yearly plan and think it will save me substantially. Thanks again, I'll reorder in a couple months!

They claim to guarantee you will save money or your money back but its a lie. Their plan's 'savings' ARE NOT 50-70% off as they advertised on the phone and are actually the the same as the coupons listed all over their website. And they will not refund you if you are unhappy under no circumstance. They even replied by email to contact my bank to dispute it if I'd like, that there will be no refund on their end. I will never be shopping with this dishonest company again

They charged me $50 for petplus membership a year ago. I didn't notice until I checked my bank account. No notice. They didn't ask me "Would you like to join our membership?"
This week I called them to cancel the membership before expire.(because I didn't wanna miss it) The operator said I'm the petplus member until next week, but they erased my name already. Liar!
Their system is very tricky, so when you buy something from them you should check your bank account.
Recently, I ordered some meds for my 17 year old dog that allow her to eat blended food without throwing it up. Knowing that her time was imminent, we unfortunately had to put her down over the weekend. But for the meds that had not been opened, they allowed me to return them. I'm so grateful for that as we have spent a lot on this dog to keep her comfortable until her time came.

During this national crises I turned to no-line ordering as much as possible. I originally ordered thru Chewy as it is most commonly known but found that (1) they didn't have what I wanted and (2) shipment was delayed. I turned to PetCareRx as I used them once a long long time ago, and instantly found what I needed (easy website), ordered and on the last order, received it within days (48 hrs) with no shipping costs! Love it and have already been recommending to others who were completely unaware and only used Chewy!
